Wizards Wellness: Strength & Conditioning - 3D Hip Rockers

This is a great stretch to help loosen up your hips and hamstrings! 1st movement (Forward Hip Rockers): bring the ball next to your left foot and bring the right foot back into a split stance. Drop your hips towards the ground then push your hips up to the ceiling while attempting to straighten the front leg. For an additional stretch raise your toe up when you do this. 2nd movement (Diagonal Hip Rockers): bring the ball next to your left foot and bring the right foot back behind your body to the left side. Drop your hips towards the ground then push your hips up to the ceiling while attempting to straighten the front leg. 3rd movement (Wide Hip Rockers): bring the ball next to your left foot and bring the right foot back and wide to the right side. Drop your hips towards the ground then push your hips up to the ceiling while attempting to straighten the front leg. Repeat each stretch and position for 5-10 reps.
