Wizards Wellness: Strength & Conditioning - 3D Balance

Start by balancing on one leg with the ball in the opposite hand. Keep your knee slightly bent. Perform each movement with each leg. Start out with a small reach and if that's easy, then challenge yourself and reach further. Another way to increase the difficulty is to increase the speed of the movements. Have fun with it! Try 5-10 reps on each movement on each leg. Let us know how you do!
