How To:


Log In

From the home screen, tap “Arena.”

Tap “Account Manager.”

Log in using the email and password associated with your Monumental Sports Account Manager. If you do not have an account, tap “Create New Account.”

View Tickets

Tap the game you wish to view. Each game will show the opponent, date, time and number of tickets you have.

Tap “View Barcode” to access the barcode for the ticket. Remember, barcodes are not visible until 24 hours prior to tip-off.

Present barcode to ticket taker for event entry. We strongly advise selecting to download your tickets before arriving at the arena. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Pay.” This allows you to access your tickets without an internet connection.

Send Tickets

Select the game for which you would like to transfer your tickets, then tap “Send.”

Tap the seats you want to send, then tap “Send To.”

Choose the method for sending your tickets.

Once your recipient information is entered, tap “Send Tickets.”

The transfer process is now complete. The status will appear on the ticket. If it hasn’t been accepted yet, you can cancel the transfer by tapping “Cancel Transfer.”

Sell Tickets

Select the game for which you would like to sell your tickets. Then tap “Sell.”

Tap the seats you want to sell, then tap “Set Price.”

Enter your selling price, then tap “Payout Method.”

Choose your payout method, then tap “Confirm.”

Note: See “Selling Tickets” FAQs for details regarding differences between selecting seller credit vs. direct deposit.

Tap "Sell Tickets."

Your tickets are now posted for sale. To edit or cancel your post, tap “Edit Posting” or “Cancel Posting.” You will receive a confirmation email upon sale or cancellation.

Receiving Ticket Transfers

When someone transfers tickets to you, you will receive an email from Monumental Sports. Tap “Accept Tickets.”

Sign in with your Monumental Sports Account Manager credentials. If you do not have an account, tap “Create New Account” to register. Be sure to register using the same email address that received the ticket transfer offer.

Once logged in, you will see the details of the game and tickets. Tap “Accept.”

Once accepted, you will be directed to a confirmation page. Tap “Continue.”

Tap “Let’s Go.”

Your tickets are now loaded to your Monumental Sports Account Manager. As a reminder, barcodes will not be available until 24 hours prior to tip-off. See “View Tickets” for assistance with pulling up your tickets for entry to the arena.

We recommend downloading the Wizards mobile app to manage your tickets via your mobile device.

FAQs

General
You can always access your mobile tickets via your smartphone’s web browser by logging in to Monumental Sports Account Manager.
Ticket barcodes will generate 24 hours prior to tip-off for each game. You will still be able to view your tickets on your account and take action at any time (i.e. transfer, sell), but you will not see the “View Barcode” option appear on the ticket until you are within the 24 hour window. The same rule applies for “Add to Apple Wallet” and “Add to Google Pay.”
Once a ticket has been transferred or sold, a new barcode is generated and all previous copies of that ticket are no longer valid.
For DC 12 Club members with Monumental Money attached to their full season plans, concession credit is pre-loaded to the mobile barcodes. If you have purchased a single game or promotional ticket that includes concession credit, it will also be loaded to the barcode of your mobile ticket. Simply present your mobile barcode at participating concession stands to access your concession credit.
If you have access to a hospitality location, your mobile barcode will indicate your access to these areas. When you show your mobile barcode to the usher, they will direct you to the appropriate location.
Using Monumental Sports Account Manager, you can access your tickets for all five teams in one convenient location. Monumental Sports Account Manager is your central location for all Monumental Sports tickets!


LOGGING IN
While Monumental Sports Account Manager is powered by Ticketmaster, it is a separate system. You must register your email address in our system in order to access your Wizards tickets. While creating your new account, our system will automatically check to see if your email is associated with an existing Ticketmaster account, and if so, you will be prompted to link accounts. This will then allow you to view tickets purchased through the Washington Wizards and Ticketmaster, all in one place!


Transferring Tickets
As long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets, you can cancel the transfer offer in your account. In the app, tap the ticket you want to recall and select “Cancel.”
Your phone’s wallet will not automatically update if you transfer a ticket in Account Manager. We suggest deleting the ticket from your wallet once it’s been successfully transferred.
No, it's free! All Wizards ticketholders can forward tickets free of charge using Monumental Sports Account Manager.


Selling Tickets
As long as the tickets haven’t been purchased, you can edit/remove your listing at any time. Select the ticket(s) you want to edit/cancel, then select “Edit Posting” or “Cancel Posting.” You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of either action.
Selecting seller credit will apply your funds to your Wizards account. The credit will remain on file and will automatically apply toward your renewal for the following season (plan holders). For single-game buyers, the credit will remain on your Wizards account to use for future purchases.

Selecting direct deposit will prompt you to link your bank account. Ticketmaster will deposit funds to your bank account within 5-7 days from the date of sale.

Note: The only way to access proceeds from sold tickets immediately is to select the direct deposit option. No payment will be issued on seller credit to your team account. Should you wish to receive payment rather than seller credit, please select the direct deposit option.


Receiving a Transfer
Yes, you must have a Monumental Sports Account Manager to access your tickets. When you receive the ticket transfer offer email, you will be prompted to log in to your existing account or create a new account. Please make sure you are using the same email address the ticket offer was sent to when setting up your account.
No. At this time, ticket transfer offers can only be accepted on a desktop or mobile web browser.
