DC 12 CLUB MEMBERS


Monumental Sports Account Manager is the central location for all your ticketing needs! Whether you’re looking to transfer, resell or donate your tickets, you can do so with a few easy clicks through your online account. To get started, visit Monumental Sports Account Manager on your desktop or mobile device and log in with your account email address & password. For the 2018-19 season, all DC 12 Club members will have two options to enter the arena - 1) mobile entry or 2) physical tickets. 

Mobile Entry

The Wizards mobile app is the quickest and easiest way to access your Wizards season tickets via your mobile device.

  1. Please start by downloading the Washington Wizards mobile app, which can be found via link for your specific phone below:
  2. Select the Arena tab from the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, then select Account Manager to log in with your Monumental Sports Account Manager credentials.
  3. Select the appropriate game and click “View Barcode.” Mobile ticket QR codes will appear for the selected seats (swipe left to access all your seats).
    • Please note that mobile QR codes will not appear until 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
  4. Present your mobile tickets to the Capital One Arena attendant to scan at the gate. Once tickets are scanned, you will receive a seat locator tab for each of your seats.

You may also access your tickets by visiting the Monumental Sports Account Manager mobile site. On your mobile device, visit www.washingtonwizards.com and click the red menu button at the top right corner of the screen. Navigate to “Tickets” and select “My Wizards Account” to log in to Monumental Sports Account Manager and access your mobile tickets.

PHYSICAL TICKETS

DC 12 Club members will receive a booklet containing physical tickets for all 2018-19 preseason and regular season games. To enter the arena, simply present your tickets for scanning at one of the ticket-taking locations.

** Please note that physical tickets will deactivate and no longer be valid for entry should you manage your tickets via Account Manager. For more information on what deactivates a physical ticket barcode, please click here.

PARTIAL PLAN HOLDERS


For the 2018-19 season, partial plan holders will use mobile entry to access Capital One Arena. The Wizards mobile app is the quickest and easiest way to access your partial plan tickets via your mobile device.

  1. Please start by downloading the Washington Wizards mobile app, which can be found via link for your specific phone below:
  2. Select the Arena tab from the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, then select Account Manager to log in with your Monumental Sports Account Manager credentials.
  3. Select the appropriate game and click “View Barcode.” Mobile ticket QR codes will appear for the selected seats (swipe left to access all your seats).

SINGLE GAME TICKETS


For the 2018-19 season, all ticketholders must enter the arena via mobile device. The Wizards mobile app is the quickest and easiest way to access your Wizards tickets via your mobile device.

  1. Please start by downloading the Washington Wizards mobile app, which can be found via link for your specific phone below:
  2. Select the Arena tab from the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, then select Account Manager to log in with your Monumental Sports Account Manager credentials.
    • If you do not have an account, simply create one using the same email address that received the ticket transfer offer. For further assistance with creating an account and accepting a ticket transfer offer, please click here.

  1. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE WASHINGTON WIZARDS APP?
  2. I HAVE CONCESSION CREDIT. HOW DO I ACCESS IT?
  3. For DC 12 Club members with Monumental Money attached to their full season plans, concession credit is pre-loaded onto the seat locator tabs (mobile entry) or ticket barcodes (physical tickets). If you have purchased a single game or promotional ticket that includes concession credit, it will be loaded on the barcode of your printed ticket or seat locator tab. Simply present your ticket or seat locator tab at participating concession stands to access your concession credit.

  4. WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/CLIENTS AHEAD OF TIME?
  5. Your guests will require their own tickets to enter Capital One Arena prior to the game. Log in to your Monumental Sports Account Manager and utilize the ticket transfer function to send tickets to your desired recipients. The recipients can then setup or log in to an existing Monumental Sports Account Manager and access their tickets via mobile device.

  6. IS THERE A COST TO FORWARD A TICKET?
  7. No, it's free! All Wizards ticketholders can forward tickets free of charge using Monumental Sports Account Manager.

  8. WHAT DEACTIVATES A PYHSICAL TICKET BARCODE?
  9. The physical ticket barcode for a specific game will deactivate when you transfer, resell or donate said ticket via Account Manager. Note that the physical ticket barcode will remain active until the ticket has been transferred off your account (i.e. the transfer offer is accepted or the ticket is resold). If you cancel a ticket transfer offer or resale posting, the physical ticket will still be valid for entry.

  10. I SPLIT TICKETS WITH MY PARTNERS. HOW DOES IT WORK?
  11. If you split tickets with share partners, you will need to utilize the ticket transfer function on Account Manager to send them their tickets. You can transfer tickets by logging in to Account Manager on your desktop or mobile device.

  12. WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET?
  13. You can list your ticket for sale through Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange, the preferred resale outlet of the Washington Wizards.

    Please note: The only way to access proceeds from sold tickets immediately is to select the direct deposit option. If the seller credit option is selected, funds will be held in your Washington Wizards account. These funds will be applied to your Washington Wizards season ticket invoice for the following season for any games sold prior to Jan. 31.  Any seller credit accrued from sales after Jan. 31 will post to your account in July, adjusting future payments. No payment will be issued on seller credit to your team account. Should you wish to receive payment rather than seller credit, please select the direct deposit option.   14. WHAT IF I HAVE A TICKET FOR A PREMIUM SEATING AREA?

    If you have access to a hospitality location, your printed ticket or seat locator tab will indicate your access to these areas. When you show your ticket or seat locater tab to the usher, they will direct you to the appropriate location.

  15. CAN I ENTER CAPITAL ONE ARENA BY SHOWING MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE?
  16. Yes! Mobile ticketing is available and highly recommended. You can access Monumental Sports Account Manager via the Wizards mobile app or the browser on your smartphone. Each mobile ticket will display a QR code, which can be scanned for entry into Capital One Arena.

  17. CAN I ALSO ACCESS MY CAPITALS, VALOR, BRIGADE OR MYSTICS TICKETS ONLINE?
  18. Using Monumental Sports Account Manager, you can access your tickets for all five teams in one convenient location. Monumental Sports Account Manager is your central location for all Monumental Sports tickets!

  19. IF I OWN WIZARDS SEASON TICKETS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON, WHAT IS CHANGING FOR ME?
  20. The only change taking place for the 2018-19 season is discontinuing the use of the membership pass/credit card for entry.

  2. Click the "Send” button.
  3. Choose the seats you want to transfer and click "Send."
  4. Enter your recipient's information and click "Send".

*You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully transferred your tickets. Please note: you are unable to have tickets you have transferred sent back to your account after the recipient has accepted the offer.

  1. Click on the “Accept Ticket” link in the transfer offer email or text.
  2. Create an account or log in to your existing Monumental Sports Account Manager.
    • Please note that when creating a new account, you must use the same email address that received the ticket transfer offer.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select the "Claim" button to accept your tickets.

*You will receive an email confirming the transfer has been completed.
