12-Month Auto-Renew Payment Plan: our most flexible payment plan option with automatic renewal. For your added convenience, your DC 12 Club membership will automatically renew for future seasons on our monthly payment plan. The first payment will be charged on March 15, 2024, with the final payment occurring in February 2025. Future payments will automatically charge to the credit card on file on or about the 15th of each month for the duration of each payment cycle unless you opt out. Payment amounts will be based on the DC 12 Club membership pricing in effect at the time of renewal, which will be communicated in advance. You may opt out of the monthly payment plan at any time by contacting Wizards Membership Services directly, but you must remain enrolled in one of our available payment plans to retain your membership seat location(s). To opt out of the monthly payment plan, please contact Wizards Membership Services at (202) 661-5100 or membershipservices@washwizards.com.

4-Part Payment Plan: 4 equal installments, first charge will be due at the time of renewal followed by June 17, August 15 and October 15.

50/50 Payment Plan: 50% of the balance due at time of renewal, remaining balance charged August 15.

Pay-in-Full: pay 100% of account balance in full at time of renewal.

No. As a member enrolled in our Automatic Renewal Plan, your DC 12 Club membership will automatically renew for the 2024-25 season on our 12-month payment plan. Unless you cancel before 5 p.m. on March 14, 2024 by calling or emailing Wizards Membership Services at 202.661.5100 or membershipservices@washwizards.com, your membership will renew for next season. You will be charged the effective membership price spread evenly over our 12-month payment plan (monthly charge amount listed on front of invoice), with charges occurring on or around the 15th of each month (March 2024-February 2025) on the payment card you provide. The 2024-25 effective membership price is provided on your online invoice. You may change from the 12-Month Automatic Renewal payment plan to another of the payment plans described below at any time by contacting Wizards Membership Services via phone or email (contact information listed above); provided, that you must contact Wizards Membership Services before the 15th of any month to avoid being charged for the next month on the monthly plan.

You will be contacted by the Washington Wizards and asked to provide a valid credit card. Your online account manager privileges will be suspended until the payment is made, and your tickets may be blocked.

All seat upgrades and relocations will occur at our annual event, Select-A-Seat. This event is a prime benefit for all renewed members and is the most widely attended event by our DC 12 Club members. All open seats will be made available to current season ticket members prior to the public, with the highest tenured members receiving priority selection rights. Select-A-Seat is typically held in June at Capital One Arena, with a 'Save-the-Date' email sent about a month in advance with more information.

We will provide DC 12 Club members with one NBA League Pass subscription per account beginning with the 2024-25 season. More information will be communicated prior to the start of the season. Please note – this is a benefit for full season ticket members that renew for the 2024-25 season.
