Media Day Marks the Start of the 2019-20 Season

Annual Event Starts at 10:30 a.m. on Monday; See How You Can Catch All The Action

With the beginning of fall upon us, that means there is… less than a month to go before the NBA season starts, less than a week before Chase Center opens its doors for the preseason, and only a few days remaining before the Dubs report for camp. Yes, basketball is almost back!

But before all of that can get underway, there is one last annual event to prepare for: Warriors Media Day.

Monday will mark the unofficial start to the inaugural season at Chase Center as the Dubs enter the arena for the first time as a unit. Just like previous years, Media Day will feature Warriors players and coaches participating in photo shoots, recording promotional materials, conducting interviews, and some extra fun along the way.

Everything tips-off Monday at 10:30 a.m. PST.

Monday is just the start of a basketball-filled week, too; more events on the horizon include:

  • Training Camp, fueled by Gatorade, officially begins the following day on Tuesday, October 1. Catch additional Dubs action from the new Biofreeze Performance Center, a.k.a. @dubs_training on Twitter and Instagram.
  • The preseason tips-off Friday, October 5 with the first NBA basketball game at Chase Center against the visiting Los Angeles Lakers. Click here for a full preseason schedule, links to verified tickets, and more.
  • Chase Center is ready to open its doors to Dub Nation, and the Warriors are ready to step onto the hardwood. One question remains: are you ready for Dubs basketball?
