Warriors Announce Roster & Schedule For 2019 Training Camp, Fueled By Gatorade

Team Set to Begin Camp at Biofreeze Performance Center in San Francisco on Tuesday, October 1; Three Free Agents Signed; Training Camp Roster Stands at 19 Players

The Golden State Warriors will hold their 2019 Training Camp, fueled by Gatorade, at the Biofreeze Performance Center in San Francisco, beginning Tuesday, October 1, it was announced today.

The team also announced the signing of the following free agents: guards Andrew Harrison and Devyn Marble along with forward Juan Toscano-Anderson.

Harrison, 24, appeared in 17 games during the 2018-19 NBA season, posting 3.2 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 11.0 minutes per game with the Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers and New Orleans Pelicans. The Kentucky product was originally selected by the Phoenix Suns in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft (44th overall) before being traded to the Memphis Grizzlies in a draft-night deal. He appeared in 46 games (45 starts) for the Iowa Energy of the NBA G League during the 2015-16 season, averaging 18.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 1.5 steals in 18.5 minutes per game. The Texas native saw action in seven postseason contests with Memphis, averaging 6.5 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 19.8 minutes per game during the 2017 NBA playoffs.

Marble, 27, has seen action in 44 career NBA contests (seven starts), averaging 2.2 points and 1.6 rebounds in 10.4 minutes per game over two seasons with the Orland Magic. He was selected by the Denver Nuggets in the second round (56th overall) of the 2014 NBA Draft before being dealt to the Orlando Magic on draft night. The Michigan native spent two seasons with the Erie Bayhawks, the G League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks, posting averages of 14.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals in 30.9 minutes per game.

Toscano-Anderson, 26, appeared in 44 games (16 starts) with the Santa Cruz Warriors, the Golden State Warriors’ G League affiliate, posting averages of 7.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.3 steals in 23.8 minutes per game during the 2018-19 season. The Oakland native also saw action for the Warriors during the 2019 California Classic and NBA Summer Leagues. As a senior at Marquette, the forward averaged 8.3 points on a career-best 49.0 percent from the field, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.13 steals in 28.5 minutes per game over 31 contests (27 starts) for the Golden Eagles.

Following four days of practice, the Warriors will open their preseason schedule with the first-ever game at Chase Center in San Francisco, on Saturday, October 5, against the Los Angeles Lakers.
