The Warriors extend their record to 8-2 with another blowout win, 136-115, against the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on Sunday, November 16.

Stephen Curry marked his fifth-career 30 point/15 assist game playing 30 minutes tonight, making that his second time he posted those figures in 30 minutes or less.

Marreese Speights had another remarkable production coming off the bench, achieving a season-high 24 points and grabbing nine rebounds – the most by a Warriors reserve this season. This is the first time in his career he’s posted those figures in 20 minutes or less.

Andrew Bogut chipped in with another big night of his own, scoring 15 points with 10 rebounds, making that his third double-double of the season.

Klay Thompson tied his career-high in blocks tonight (3) while logging 18 points in 30 minutes.

Golden State’s 21-point win is the Warriors’ largest margin of victory against the Lakers at Staples Center since the 1999-2000 season.

Off to their best start in nearly 40 years, the Warriors will take a four day break before hosting the Utah Jazz at Oracle Arena on Friday, November 21.
