Timberwolves’ “Dunks After Dark” Event Information

Minneapolis/St. Paul — The MinnesotaTimberwolves will open their 2014-15 Training Camp with a “Dunks After Dark” event at Bresnan Arena in the Taylor Center on the campus of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Doors will open to the public at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29 with the Wolves expected to take the floor shortly after midnight. The first 4,000 people in attendance will receive a free Dunks After Dark t-shirt.

Modeled after a traditional collegiate “Midnight Madness,” the Wolves’ Dunks After Dark event will be free and open to the public, featuring over an hour of Wolves entertainment, headlined by three, 12-minute scrimmages followed by a 10-minute freestyle session involving Wolves players.

Full event rundown:

Monday, Sept. 29 into Tuesday, Sept. 30

11:00 p.m. – Doors open to the public

12:01 a.m. – Wolves take the floor for 15 minutes of warmup

12:15 a.m. – Wolves begin three, 12-minute scrimmages

1:00 a.m. – Wolves freestyle session

NBA TV will be on hand to provide live coverage throughout the night with Greg Anthony and Isiah Thomas providing the commentary. Fans will also be able to tune into Timberwolves.com for live streaming. Media availability will follow the conclusion of the event.

Ticket Availability:

Tickets, limit two per person for Minnesota State University, Mankato students and four for the general public, will be available at the Student Union Center, Taylor Center and two U.S. Bank locations (312 Raintree Road & 115 E. Hickory – both in Mankato) beginning , Sept. 25 at 11:00 a.m. A limited supply of tickets will be available at the event. Wolves season ticket members can reserve tickets in the V.I.P section by contacting their Wolves representative by Friday, Sept. 26. Tickets for Wolves season tickets members can be picked up at the Taylor Center will call window on Monday, Sept. 29.
