For the second-straight game, Josh Okogie was an offensive force for Nigeria in the FIBA World Cup in China.

Okogie finished with 18 points in Nigeria’s 94-81 loss to Argentina early Monday morning.

The Timberwolves guard also had 18 points in his team’s game against Russia on Saturday.

Wolves fans should once again feel good about how Okogie scored. He shot 3-for-6 from the 3-point line and 6-for-11 overall. That’s the type of efficiency that will take Okogie’s game to the next level as he enters his second year with Minnesota.

He also added five assists, three steals, two blocks and two rebounds – the type of all-around performance we’re used to from Okogie.

Okogie also made the plays that made Wolves fans, and the rest of the NBA, love him during his rookie season.

You’ll get your next chance to see Okogie play on Wednesday at 3:30 a.m. CT.
