If cancellation is requested before camp begins:

The camp fee will be refunded at 50 percent per participant prior to 20 days before the camp is scheduled to begin. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is received within seven days before the camp is scheduled to begin

If cancellation is requested after camp begins: If cancellation is received on or after the first day of camp, no portion of the camp fee will be refunded for any reason.
Camp costs will be customized to each location, timing and camp amenities. All camp costs are noted in each registration link.
Half-day camp: Water bottle with camper’s name on it and appropriate footwear and clothing.
One-day camp: Water bottle with camper’s name on it, a non-refrigerated sack lunch, and appropriate footwear and clothing.
Multi-day camp: Water bottle with camper’s name on it, a non-refrigerated sack lunch, and appropriate footwear and clothing.
No. Each camper must bring their own lunch. A one-hour lunch break will be provided, and all campers must remain on site during this time. We also ask that campers do not share lunches due to potential food allergies.

Registration closes for all camps seven days prior to the first day of camp, in order to allow time to plan a quality camp experience.
Our goal is to provide every Thunder Youth Basketball participant with quality instruction from our Thunder-certified youth basketball coaches, who will create developmentally appropriate drills and customized instruction for each camp. We strive toward a focus on defined fundamentals: instilling the importance of teamwork, creating a positive learning environment and increasing campers’ self-confidence to encourage hard work, focus and persistence. We look to inspire a love for the game that creates motivation for continued play.
We do not offer any supervision before or after camp. Campers may arrive 15-20 minutes early for camp to prepare for the day, but we ask that all campers are picked up promptly at the scheduled end of camp each day.
Upon camp check-in, you will receive your camper checkout code which will be required for picking up your camp participant at the end of each camp day. You are welcome to share your checkout code with another adult in order to allow them to pick up your child.

Yes. If your camper has a severe allergy or must carry any medical supplies or medication, please let the camp site manager know on the first day of camp.
No, at this time all campers must be pre-registered to ensure a quality camp experience.
