Thunder Injury Update

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 2, 2023 – The Oklahoma City Thunder announced today that guard/forward Kenrich Williams suffered a scapholunate ligament rupture in his left wrist during Tuesday’s game against the Sacramento Kings.  The injury will require surgery and he is expected to miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season.  

Williams has appeared in 53 games (10 starts) this season and averaged 8.0 points on 51.7% shooting from the field, 4.9 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 22.8 minutes per game.  His 26 charges drawn lead the NBA.  

Williams is expected to make a full recovery, and further updates will be provided as appropriate.
