Camps set for Oct. 13 & 20
OKLAHOMA CITY, Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has opened registration for its fall Thunder Youth Basketball Hustle Camps. The camps are open to youth ages 6 to 14 and are scheduled for Oct. 13 at Acts 2 United Methodist Church in Edmond and Oct. 20 at the OK PWP Courts in Tulsa.
Thunder Youth Basketball camps, presented by Simple Modern, offer kids the opportunity to grow in the fundamentals of the game and engage in a hands-on, team-centric environment. Camp coaches focus on technical fundamentals and development drills to improve skill sets within defense, ball-handling, shooting, layups, and more. One camper from each camp will also receive the H.E.A.R.T. Award, presented by Simple Modern, which is presented to the camper who shows the Hardest Work, Encouragement, Attitude, Respect, and Teamwork.
Registration is $65 per child and includes a T-shirt, basketball, water bottle and one ticket to a Thunder game for the 2022-23 season.
