HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:   No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am CST on 11/1/2022 and ends at 11:59 CST on 3/27/23. Entries can be made through the following method: submit an entry form and all required information via okcthunder.com/kidszone. Entrants may only qualify via the aforementioned methods of entry. At the conclusion of each calendar month, one hundred (100) potential winners will be chosen from all eligible entries made from the beginning of the sweepstakes through the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. By entering into the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you (a) are age 18 or over; (b) are the parent or legal guardian of a minor that is the subject of your entry; and (c) have the legal right to consent to and do hereby consent to these terms and rules on behalf of yourself and that minor.

FIRST ROUND PRIZES: Upon verification of eligibility to participate and confirmation of agreement with these terms, the winners will receive one (1) Kids Zone @ Home kit that includes only the following: (2) tickets to a 2022-23 Thunder Home game (1) jump rope, (1) arm sleeve, (1) water bottle, (1) stretch band, (1) grip strengthener, (2) practice cones and (1) blank activity card that allows winners to record their activity metrics for submission and eligibility for the second round prize.

SECOND ROUND PRIZES: Winners of First Round prizes shall be eligible for a Second Round prize by submitting an image to okcthunder.com/kidzone of their activity card confirming performance of each activity stated on the card on or by April 30, 2023. On or by May 31, 2023, five potential winners of the Second Round prize shall be selected at random from the pool of eligible Second Round entries made from the beginning of the sweepstakes through the Second Prize drawing. Upon verification of eligibility to participate and confirmation of agreement with these terms, each of the Second Round winners will receive one (1) personalized youth OKC Thunder jersey in a style and format to be decided by the Oklahoma City Thunder in its sole discretion.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent for a prize will be given. Each prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above. Any other expense, fee, and/or incidental costs not expressly stated in the prize description shall not be included in the prize. The Professional Basketball Club LLC d/b/a Oklahoma City Thunder (the “Oklahoma City Thunder”) reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Total approximate retail value of each prize is $60.00. Actual retail value of Prizes may vary and no winner will receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. All prize elements for the First Round prizes must be redeemed at the same time. Each parent or legal guardian of a winner will be contacted by an Oklahoma City Thunder representative via the email address provided with their entry within twenty-four (24) hours after the winner is chosen. Potential winners will have five (5) days to confirm their information and eligibility and receipt of a prize pursuant to these Official Rules. Prizes will be mailed upon such confirmation to the address listed upon entry. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Oklahoma City Thunder reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of either the state of Oklahoma or the state of Kansas. Employees and representatives of the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are NOT ELIGIBLE.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Sweepstakes may only be entered in, or from, the states of Oklahoma and Kansas. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be deemed ineligible.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering, entrant agrees on behalf of himself/herself and the minor child for whom they are entering: (a) to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Oklahoma City Thunder which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, property damage, death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry or use of a prize, acceptance or use or misuse of a prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

DISPUTES: Entrants, prize winners and any other individual or entity participating in the sweepstakes agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards resulting and/or arising from the any prize, the sweepstakes, or entry therein shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly related to entry into the sweepstakes, and that all other damages are waived including, without limitation, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS: The Oklahoma City Thunder reserves the right to contact adult entrants through the email address used to enter the sweepstakes. Entrants may then choose to opt-out of future communications or email notifications. Personally-identifying information of entrants shall otherwise be used by Sponsor only with respect to this sweepstakes except to the extent required by law.

SPONSORS AND ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsors include the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health. Administrator is the Oklahoma City Thunder.  

TAXES: Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the Sweepstakes and the receipt or use of any prize.
