Third Annual 1 UP Open

OVERVIEW

The Oklahoma City Blue is teaming up with Extra Life to host the fourth annual 1UP Open at Paycom Center on Jan. 21, 2024. This year's event will feature a board game library, courtesy of the Oklahoma Board Gaming Community, open gaming stations and on-site tournaments featuring: Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, Tekken 7 (PS4), Street Fighter 6 and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.

Additional tournaments may be available throughout the day.

The board game library is available to all participants with access to the gaming area. You may check out board games you would like to try or set up games you would like to teach others. Tables will be available in the gaming area as well as signs to signal others that you are looking for a teacher, or more players for your game.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Extra Life, a Children’s Miracle Network program where gamers play games to raise money for their local children’s hospitals to save lives. Donations provide support for medical research, equipment, and ensures no child in Oklahoma is turned away from provided medical care due to a financial situation.

Check in and day of registration begins at 9 a.m. Please make your way to the tournament areas 15 minutes before the tournament starts. Tournament participants should bring their own controllers if possible.
