Solid all-around game
Ball shot extremely well in this one but his contributions went beyond the scoring column, leaving his mark both as a playmaker and on defense. These stat-stuffing performances are nothing new for Ball, though, who's well regarded as one of the most versatile point guards in the league. His numbers back that up, as he's averaging 12.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.8 blocks per game this season.

Stuffs stat sheet in loss
LaVine looked impressive once again and carried the Bulls despite the outcome of the game, but that shouldn't surprise anyone since the star guard has cleared the 20-point mark in all but two appearances this season. LaVine is averaging 26.1 points and a career-best 5.3 rebounds per game so far while settling as the Bulls' main scoring weapon and offensive threat on a nightly basis.

Posts double-double in loss
Vucevic has been relegated to a secondary role in the Bulls' offense this season and while his shooting performance wasn't good in this one -- given he needed 16 shots just to score 14 points -- he supplied that lack of efficiency with a double-double and solid numbers across the board. He's not going to put the same numbers he had in his Orlando days, though, but he can deliver a strong game from time to time.
