GAMES/MONTHS INCLUDED

A:
Each month’s payment gives you access to the included games that month. (See monthly calendar above.) Your October/November payment gets you access to all included games for those two months.
A:
Yes, your pass will automatically renew for the next month while the program is active during the 19-20 season. There is an opt out window each month if you do not want your pass to renew.
A:
You must opt by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Sunscription Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for December, you need to opt out by November 25th via the online form at suns.com/optout.
A:
Pass holders have the ability to add on tickets for home games that are not part of the Sunscription Pass at a discounted rate. Information on how to purchase these tickets will be sent to pass buyers.

SEAT LOCATIONS

A:
You are guaranteed a seat in the upper level, but your specific seat location will likely vary game to game. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
A:
You will need to register your pass first. Registration instructions will be sent to the purchaser’s email address prior to your first game. Once registered, you will receive a text message two hours before each game with your seat assignment(s). You will need to accept your seats on your mobile device to indicate you are going to the game. For each game, you must accept your seats by tip-off.

ENTERING TALKING STICK RESORT ARENA

A:
You will receive a text message with a link to access your pass via the official Suns + Talking Stick Resort Arena App the day of each game. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Talking Stick Resort Arena.

All barcodes will be on one device inside the official Suns + Talking Stick Resort Arena App. If you have a group of two for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Talking Stick Resort Arena together.

PURCHASING SUNSCRIPTION PASS

Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.

You can buy up to six passes per account.

Yes, those who purchase the Sunscription Pass will have the opportunity to link their pass to another pass buyer in order to sit next to each other. The linking of passes is done on a game-by-game basis. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to pass buyers. If you have any additional questions, please navigate to expapp.com/contact

All passes will be delivered to the phone that registers the pass. If you purchase two passes, for example, admission and seat assignments for both passes will be delivered to your phone. You and your guest will need to arrive to Talking Stick Resort Arena together.

No. There are no discounts offered for the purchase of multiple passes.

Yes, different people can attend each game, but the primary account holder must be present.

You will receive an email to register your pass no less than 24 hours before the game.

Sunscription Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets.

Not at this time. The Suns + Talking Stick Resort Arena app must be used on an iPhone or Android phone. Otherwise, you will be unable to enter Talking Stick Resort Arena.
