Suns Looking for New Game-Night Host

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns are looking for a dynamic and engaging in-arena personality who will help energize US Airways Center for all 2014-15 Suns home games. The in-arena host will interact with fans and fire-up the crowd during in-game contests and promotions, as well as conduct post-game interviews with Suns’ players and coaches.

Individuals with performance experience who have strong interpersonal and improvisational skills are encouraged to submit a video resume on a private YouTube or VIMEO link to Kip Helt, Suns VP of Game Entertainment, at host@suns.com.Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, and be able to showcase knowledge of the Suns. Applicants must submit all information by October 18.

Finalists will be asked to perform a live audition at US Airways Center in October, with the new in-arena host performing for the first time during the Suns 2014-15 Home Opener on Wednesday, October 29 against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The new host will join The Gorilla, Suns Dancers and other Suns’ entertainment teams in the most exciting venue in the NBA, US Airways Center. The selected host will also join the Suns during promotional appearances and events throughout the season.
