As a valuable member of the Suns family, Full Season Members with 2 seats or more can access to the No Ticket Goes Unused benefit in which if there are tickets unused in the past or you know of games you will miss in the future, you may contact your SixthMan Experience Specialist to exchange tickets to a future game. If you do not know who your specialist is you can call the SixthMan Hotline at 602-514-5444.

No ticket Goes Unused Parameters

  1. Must stay within the same ticket price code (unless you are downgrading)
  2. Must stay within same game price tier (e.g. can’t do Bronze for Gold)
  3. Can only do one game for one game (can’t exchange 6 missed games for tickets to 1 future game)
  4. Must exchange 24 hours in advance for the game you are requesting
  5. Can only exchange tickets on your own account
