Mobile ticketing is simple: just keep your tickets on your phone. Follow the quick steps below to manage your mobile tickets. Click HERE to download the official Suns App.
Get the Suns App
1Step One
Download the official Suns Mobile App, available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2Step Two
Within the app, click on the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen and then Account Manager to view your tickets.
3Step Three
Log into Account Manager using the email address and password associated with your Suns Ticketmaster account.

Under My Events, find the specific game you’re interested in and select it.

This scannable QR code is the mobile ticket you’ll need to enter the arena. Additional tickets that have been purchased together can be viewed by swiping right.
Transfer Tickets to a Friend
1Step One
Download the official Suns Mobile App, available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2Step Two
Within the app, click on the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen and then Account Manager to view your tickets.
3Step Three
Log into Account Manager using the email address and password associated with your Suns Ticketmaster account.
4Step Four
Under My Events, find the specific game you’re interested in and select it.
5Step Five
Click on the Transfer button at the bottom of your screen to begin transfer.
6Step Six
Select the seats that you would like to transfer.
7Step Seven
Select your method of transfer.
8Step Eight
Enter the phone number or email address of the recipient and hit Transfer. When sending via email, be sure to send to the email address associated with the recipient's Suns Account (if applicable).
Accept Ticket Transfers
1Step One
Open the email or text message you received and click Accept Tickets.
2Step Two
If you have a Suns Account, sign in with your email address & password. If the transfer is sent to an email, please make sure to login to the account associated with that email address.

If you don’t have an account, click "Don't have an Account? Click Here."
3Step Three
Review the transferred ticket(s) and confirm the information is correct. Once confirmed, press Accept.
4Step Four
Success! You've accepted the transfer.

To access your ticket, download the official Suns App available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
5Step Five
Now that your tickets have been loaded onto your Suns Account, open up the Suns App, click on the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen, and click into your Account Manager to view your tickets.
6Step Six
Under My Events, you can preview details of the game you accepted. If you have tickets for multiple games you'll see them all listed here.

Click View Barcode for immediate use or save your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet for easy access later.

This scannable QR code is the mobile ticket you'll need to enter the arena. Additional tickets that have been purchased together can be viewed by swiping right.
Access Parking Pass
1Step One
In Account Manager, select the PARKING pass for the corresponding game.
2Step Two
Click View Barcode for immediate use. Please double check what garage your pass grants entry to.
3Step Three
Show this QR code to the parking attendant to gain entry to the garage. Save to mobile wallet for easier access later.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Using a desktop computer or mobile phone: To access the Suns Account manager please visit HERE. If you are accepting tickets for the first time and don't have an account, click the "Sign In/Sign Up" option. You will see "Don't have an Account? Click Here." Click on that and then you will be able to create your account.

Quick Tip: Easily transfer, sell, or manage your tickets in the Phoenix Suns App. Download HERE. Once downloaded, open the app and click on TICKETS in the navigation bar. Then, click the ACCOUNT MANAGER button, press FORGOT PASSWORD and select SUNS ACCOUNT.

On the next screen you will click on "Sign Up".
Once the account is paid in full, Season Ticket Members can access tickets in the Phoenix Suns mobile app. Single-game ticket buyers will be able to access tickets immediately after purchase.
  • Download and launch the Phoenix Suns mobile app.
  • Choose TICKETS in the navigation menu, then select ACCOUNT MANAGER.
  • SIGN-IN with your email address and password (same as your online account).
  • Select the game you want to manage.
  • View and save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Android Pay for easy access on game day.
  • Show your mobile ticket at the gate.
*Make sure to keep your Suns mobile app up-to-date throughout the year as new updates could help solve certain mobile ticketing related issues.
Click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and a new password will be emailed to you. Password reset email may take up to 30 minutes. Plan to reset password ahead of arriving at the arena.
No. This year all tickets are fully digital. Your phone is your ticket. THERE ARE NO PDF TICKETS
That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn't work, please see an APP ADVISOR, in lime green polos, or check with the box office.
We recommend that you view your tickets at least 24 hours before the game. If you view tickets ahead of time, they're always ready in the App. Or, you can save them to your mobile wallet.
Yes; however, it's much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket. Then they can use the Suns mobile app to get into the arena.
Once you have signed in to your account, select the game you wish to send.
  • Select "TRANSFER".
  • Choose the tickets you want to send then select the "TRANSFER" button.
  • Either select a recipient from your contacts or manually enter the information.
  • Tap "TRANSFER" If you are sending via email, the process is complete. If you are sending via text, the app will open your messaging app and you must click send to complete the transfer.
Yes. If they don't have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process. It's simple and they just need a valid email address they can access.
Yes, you can reclaim the tickets as long as they haven't already been accepted by the recipient by clicking "CANCEL TRANSFER".
Yes, you can send/transfer unscanned tickets after the event has started. However, once a ticket is scanned in, the ticket can no longer be transferred.
No. The SafeTix technology will refresh your bar code every few seconds. A mobile ticket barcode must be provided either with the app, the mobile website or within your phone's wallet to gain entry.
The only change is that PDF tickets no longer exist. However, tickets transferred to friends and family will be available via the Suns account manager on the Suns mobile app. Simply open the app, click on TICKETS on the home screen and click ACCOUNT MANAGER.

We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets. They will need to log in or create a My Suns Account to access the tickets on the Suns mobile app.
Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter arena. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately. We recommend transferring tickets to family and friends 24 hours prior to the game.
Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we'll print your tickets for you.
