Since our founding in 2004, Suns Legacy Partners, LLC, has served as the sports and entertainment entity that manages and operates the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Footprint Center. While we proudly call the City of Phoenix our home, our commitment to delivering the finest in sports, entertainment, and community service extends to the entire Valley and beyond.
Established in 1968, the Phoenix Suns are Arizona’s original professional sports franchise, and the three-time Champion Phoenix Mercury is one of the original WNBA teams founded in 1996. Footprint Center, the home arena of the Suns and Mercury and located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, first opened its doors in 1992. A recent $245 million renovation has transformed Footprint Center into the preeminent sports and entertainment destination in the Southwest.

We are dedicated to making our community a better place. Phoenix Suns Charities launched in 1988 and has focused on positively impacting the community by supporting children and family services across the state. The Suns and Mercury philanthropic vehicle has distributed more than $41 million in its 35-year history to local nonprofits and organizations in need. Our organization has embedded itself locally by supporting community efforts through hundreds of player appearances, thousands of volunteer hours, millions of dollars in donations and by hosting numerous community events across the Valley and at Footprint Center.
