Fantasy News

Jermaine Samuels

Samuels logged 24 points (10-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, four assists, four steals and two blocks during the Vipers’ 128-126 loss to the Blue on Wednesday. Now back with the Vipers, Samuels' scoring rate is expected to increase significantly, as their game Wednesday and his previous tenure suggest. Before his late-November recall to the NBA, he averaged 22.8 points across five games with the Rockets' G League affiliate.

Cam Whitmore

Whitmore logged 28 points (10-25 FG, 7-14 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four steals, three rebounds, one assist and one block during the Vipers’ 128-126 loss to the Blue on Wednesday. Whitmore scored over 25 points during his G League return, and three-fourths of his point tally were accumulated with three-pointers. Even if Amen Thompson now being part of the Vipers makes him their primary go-to option, Whitmore is expected to continue being a prominent scorer for them.

Daniel Gafford

Gafford racked up 18 points (8-10 FG, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal over 23 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday’s 131-126 loss to the 76ers. Gafford has now scored in double-digits in nine of his last 11 games as he continues to operate behind Kyle Kuzma and Jordan Poole on the offensive side of the floor. Gafford has shown promise on both ends of the floor and has now registered at least two blocks in six straight appearances.

Tyus Jones

Jones ended with 20 points (8-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and one steal across 31 minutes during Wednesday’s 131-126 loss to the 76ers. Jones tied with Deni Avdija with the most assists on the team. Jones has now scored in double digits in nine of his last 11 games as he continues to establish his role on offense alongside the duo of Jordan Poole and Kyle Kuzma. Jones will look to build off his strong performance Friday against the Nets.

Jordan Poole

Poole racked up 23 points (10-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one steal over 32 minutes during Wednesday’s 131-126 loss to Philadelphia. It was the third time this season -- and the first time since Nov. 6 -- that Poole has shot at least 50 percent from the floor. The fifth-year guard out of Michigan has struggled with his shot this season as he takes on a bigger role compared to when he was with the Warriors in his first four years in the league. Poole will look to continue his momentum Friday against the Nets.

Cole Swider

Swider tallied 31 points (11-21 FG, 5-14 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals in 40 minutes during Wednesday’s 123-112 win over the Gold. Swider's efficient shooting helped him post a team-high 31 points in Wednesday's win. As one of Sioux Falls' top players, Swider also posted a plus-15 point differential.

Kelly Oubre

Oubre had 12 points (5-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and three rebounds over 19 minutes in Wednesday’s 131-126 win over the Wizards. Oubre missed his last 11 games after suffering a fractured rib in a car accident Nov. 11. He returned to action off the bench and led the reserves in scoring. Oubre was averaging 16.3 points and 5.1 rebounds over 29.0 minutes per game before his injury and will work his way back into the starting lineup.

Tyrese Maxey

Maxey had 26 points (10-20 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT) and seven assists across 38 minutes in Wednesday’s 131-126 win over the Wizards. Maxey was a late scratch Friday against the Celtics with an injury, but was able to return for Wednesday's game along with Joel Embiid and Kelly Oubre. Maxey took a back seat to the 50-point performance of Embiid, but the former tied with De'Anthony Melton with a team-best plus-12 point differential. Maxey has now scored at least 25 points in six of his last seven games and has shot at least 50 percent from the floor in three of his last four apperances.

Joel Embiid

Embiid had 50 points (19-29 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 11-13 FT), 13 rebounds and seven assists over 38 minutes in Wednesday’s 131-126 win over the Wizards. Embiid joined Giannis Antetokounmpo, Zach LaVine and teammate Tyrese Maxey as the fourth player to score 50-plus points this season. Embiid missed the last two games with an illness and every one of his 50 points were needed as the 76ers held off the Wizards to snap a two-game loss streak. He continues to cause trouble for opposing defenses, scoring 30-plus points for the sixth straight time and has recorded 10-plus free throw attempts in 10 of his last 11 appearances. Embiid will continue his campaign for back-to-back MVP's on Friday against the Hawks.

Moses Moody

Moody isn’t in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus the Trail Blazers, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Andrew Wiggins will replace Moody in the starting lineup Wednesday after missing the previous two games with a finger injury. Moody is averaging 8.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 19.8 minutes across his last five appearances coming off the bench.

Chris Paul

Paul (lower leg) is available for Wednesday’s game versus the Trail Blazers. Paul has been upgraded from probable to available Wednesday after missing the previous two games with a lower leg contusion. The veteran point guard was averaging 10.6 points, 9.4 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 29.2 minutes before suffering his injury against Sacramento.

James Wiseman

Wiseman registered four points (2-3FG) and four rebounds over eight minutes in Wednesday’s 116-102 loss to the Grizzlies. Wiseman was a DNP in each of the last two game, however he saw the floor Wednesday after Jalen Duren left with an apparent ankle injury. If Duren is forced to miss time, Wiseman and fellow big man Marvin Bagley figure to see an uptick in minutes alongside Isaiah Stewart.

Andrew Wiggins

Wiggins (finger) will start Wednesday’s game against the Trail Blazers, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Wiggins missed a pair of games with a finger injury, but he'll be back in action Wednesday night, replacing Moses Moody in the first unit. In the five games leading up to his finger injury, Wiggins averaged 18.6 points and 5.0 rebounds across 30.1 minutes.

Bojan Bogdanovic

Bogdanovic had 22 points (8-15 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven assists, four rebounds and three steals over 31 minutes in Wednesday’s 116-102 loss to the Grizzlies. Bogdanovic scored 22 points for the second straight time as he entered the starting lineup Wednesday. He missed the first 18 games of the season with a right calf strain and made his 2023-24 debut Saturday against the Cavaliers while coming off the bench. Bogdanovic has played steady minutes in his first two games back and figures to have recovered from his injury.

Reggie Jackson

Jackson won’t start Wednesday’s game against the Clippers. Jackson will return to the bench with Jamal Murray (ankle) active for Wednesday's tilt. Despite Murray's availability, expect Jackson to handle an expanded role off the bench considering Murray will have his minutes monitored.

Jalen Duren

Duren recorded 17 points (8-12 FG, 1-1 FT), 11 rebounds and one block in 30 minutes before suffering an apparent ankle injury in Wednesday’s game versus the Grizzlies, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports. According to Pistons' coach Monty Williams, the severity of Duren's injury is uncertain. The Pistons should provide an update on the 20-year-old center's availability ahead of Friday's matchup with Orlando. If Duren is forced to miss any time, James Wiseman and Marvin Bagley would likely receive increased minutes.

Aaron Gordon

Gordon (heel) will play against the Clippers on Wednesday. Gordon was given a probable tag for Wednesday's tilt after playing 33 minutes in his return from a four-game absence with a heel injury. Considering he was able to play a full workload last time out, expect Gordon to continue to handle 30-plus minutes.

Cade Cunningham

Cunningham had 16 points (6-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 assists, four rebounds, two steals and five turnovers over 34 minutes in Wednesday’s 116-102 loss to the Grizzlies. Cunningham came into Wednesday's game leading the league with 4.4 turnovers per game and had five-plus turnovers for the second time in his last three games. He did register a double-double for the second straight game and his points per game (22.4), assists per game (7.3) and three-point shooting (35.0 percent) are career highs. Cunningham has progressed well in his third year in the league and consistently taking care of the ball is his next step towards reaching All-Star status.

Jaylen Nowell

Nowell had 12 points (6-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four assists and two rebounds across 26 points in Wednesday’s 116-102 win over the Pistons. Nowell returned to the bench for Wednesday's game after starting Saturday against the Suns. He led the reserves in scoring and joined Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson as the only Grizzlies players to score in double-digits. Nowell signed another 10-day contract with Memphis on Sunday and has scored in double digits in two of his last three appearances.

Jaren Jackson

Jackson had 24 points (10-20 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds and four blocks across 35 minutes in Wednesday’s 116-102 win over the Pistons. While Desmond Bane erupted for a career-high 49 points in Wednesday's win, Jackson continued to dominate on the defensive end with four of the Grizzlies' eight blocks in the game. He also led the Grizzlies starters with a plus-14 point differential. Jackson registered at least two blocks in four of his last five appearances and has scored 20 or more points in three of his last four games.

Desmond Bane

Bane registered 49 points (19-31 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 7-7 FT), seven assists and six rebounds over 35 minutes in Wednesday’s 116-102 win over the Pistons. Bane and Jaren Jackson were the only two Grizzlies starters to score in double digits Wednesday and the former went 12-for-16 from the field in the second half. Bane has established himself as the main option with Ja Morant continuing to serve his 25-game suspension. Bane has had a red-hot start to December and is averaging 35.3 points per game on 58.8 percent shooting this month.

Duop Reath

Reath will enter the first unit for Wednesday’s game against the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers’ official site reports. Reath will make his second start of the 2023-24 campaign with DeAndre Ayton (knee) sidelined. In his only other start this season, Reath logged eight points, four rebounds, an assist and a block across 20 minutes.

Anfernee Simons

Simons (thumb) is available and in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers’ official site reports. Simons has been upgraded from questionable to available Wednesday after missing the previous 18 games with a right thumb injury. The 24-year-old guard will start alongside Malcolm Brogdon in the backcourt against Golden State. Sharpe will operate without a minutes restriction.

Deandre Ayton

Ayton (knee) won’t play in Wednesday’s game against the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers’ official site reports. Ayton was handed a doubtful tag, so his absence isn't quite surprising. Duop Reath will start in his place, while Ayton's next chance to play will come Friday against Dallas.

Jamal Murray

Murray (ankle) will play Wednesday barring a setback in warmups, but he’ll be under a minutes restriction, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports. Though Murray didn't log a full practice this week due to a right ankle sprain, he's set to take on the Clippers on Wednesday. While he'll have his minutes monitored, Murray should be expected to replace Reggie Jackson in the starting lineup.

Jalen Suggs

Suggs won’t return to Wednesday’s game versus the Cavaliers due to a right ankle sprain. Suggs recorded two steals, one assist and one block in nine minutes before exiting Wednesday's contest. Anthony Black, Gary Harris and Cole Anthony are candidates to receive extended minutes in his absence. Suggs' status for Friday's matchup with Detroit is uncertain.

Brandon Boston

Boston (quadriceps) was assigned to the Ontario Clippers of the G League on Wednesday as part of his injury rehabilitation, Joey Linn of SI.com reports. After being cleared for 5-on-5 work earlier this week, Boston will have the opportunity to see his first game action of 2023 with Ontario. The third-year wing has been unable to play this season as he tends to tendinitis in his left quadriceps, however, it appears he's nearing full health.

Jarred Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt (heel) is listed as probable for Thursday’s game versus the Pelicans, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports. Vanderbilt is expected to play Thursday despite dealing with a lingering heel injury. If Vanderbilt is upgraded to available, he will likely serve as one of the Lakers' primary options off the bench in the frontcourt.

Anthony Davis

Davis (groin/hip) is listed as probable for Thursday’s game against the Pelicans, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports. Davis has continued to receive probable tags due to hip spasms and a left adductor injury. However, he's only missed one game on the season and has appeared in 14 straight contests -- including two back-to-back sets -- so fantasy managers should expect him to give it a go once again Thursday.

LeBron James

James (calf) is questionable for Thursday’s In-Season Tournament Semi-Final game against the Pelicans, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports. At this point, it seems that James' inclusion on the injury report is simply a formality. The superstar forward has been played in each of the Lakers' last 12 contests despite being listed as questionable with a left calf contusion for all of them. James has also not been on a minutes restriction, as he logged 40 minutes against Phoenix on Tuesday.

Gabe Vincent

Vincent (knee) won’t play in Thursday’s game against the Pelicans, Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports. Vincent has not suited up since Oct. 30 due to left knee soreness and will remain sidelined for Thursday's matchup with New Orleans.

Dante Exum

Exum will join the first unit for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz. Fresh off a two-game absence for personal reasons, Exum will make his first start of 2023-24 on Wednesday. With the trio of Maxi Kleber (toe), Grant Williams (knee) and Josh Green (elbow) sidelined, Exum will slot in alongside Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Derrick Jones and Dereck Lively in the starting lineup. In his last 10 appearances, Exum is averaging 6.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists across 13.8 minutes.

Seth Curry

Curry isn’t in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus the Jazz. Kyrie Irving will replace Curry in the starting lineup Wednesday. Curry is averaging 4.7 points and 1.5 rebounds in 11.1 minutes across his previous 10 appearances coming off the bench this season.

Matt Ryan

Ryan (elbow) is out for Thursday’s game against the Lakers. Ryan will miss a third straight contest with right elbow soreness but it'll be his 10th consecutive absence after battling a calf injury. While it's unclear how close Ryan is to a return, his next chance to play will come Monday against Minnesota.

Pat Connaughton

Connaughton (ankle) won’t play in Thursday’s In-Season Tournament Semi-Final game agains the Pacers. Connaughton will miss his fourth straight game Thursday due to a right ankle sprain. Coach Adrian Griffin has already indicated that Connaughton will likely miss Saturday's contest if the Bucks advance to the In-Season Tournament Championship.

Torrey Craig

Craig (knee) is available for Wednesday’s game versus the Hornets. Craig has been upgraded from questionable to available Wednesday despite missing back-to-back practices with knee soreness. The veteran forward is averaging 7.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 19.6 minutes across his last five appearances.

Nick Richards

Richards will enter the first unit for Wednesday’s game against the Bulls. Richards will make his first start of 2023-24 with Mark Williams (back) sidelined. In nine starts last season, Richards averaged 10.9 points, 10.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks across 26.1 minutes, making him a very intriguing streamer and daily fantasy option.

Trayce Jackson-Davis

The Warriors recalled Jackson-Davis from the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League on Wednesday. Jackson-Davis will return to the NBA after a brief stint in the G League. Jackson-Davis will be available for Wednesday's matchup with Portland.

Troy Brown

Brown will rejoin the reserves for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs. Brown made a pair of consecutive starts with Anthony Edwards (hip) sidelined, but he'll return to the bench with Edwards back in action. Through 13 games off the bench, Brown is averaging 4.2 points and 2.8 rebounds across 11.2 minutes.

Cedi Osman

Osman will start Wednesday’s game against Minnesota, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. Osman will draw his first start of the season, as the Spurs have opted to shake up their starting unit. Osman played a season-high 27 minutes during Friday's loss to New Orleans, posting 11 points and five assists.

Caleb Martin

Martin will enter the first unit for Wednesday’s game against the Raptors, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Despite dealing with a bruised shoulder, Martin was upgraded to available mid-day Wednesday and will be forced into the starting lineup for the first time this season with Haywood Highsmith (back) and Tyler Herro (ankle) sidelined. Over his last four games, Martin is averaging 17.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 29.2 minutes.

Julian Champagnie

Champagnie isn’t in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus the Timberwolves, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. Champagnie, Malaki Branham and Jeremy Sochan will move to the bench Wednesday, with Devin Vassell, Cedi Osman and Victor Wembanyama entering the starting lineup. Champagnie is averaging 6.8 points and 1.2 rebounds in 12.8 minutes across his previous five appearances coming off the bench this season.

Malaki Branham

Branham won’t start Wednesday’s game against Minnesota, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. Devin Vassell appears to have moved past his minutes restriction, so he'll slide back into the starting lineup, sending Branham to the bench. As a reserve this season, Branham has averaged 7.7 points, 2.5 assists and 1.1 rebounds in 19.2 minutes per game.

Jeff Green

Green won’t play in Wednesday’s game against the Thunder due to personal reasons, Adam Spolane of Sports Radio 610 Houston reports. Green was previously not listed on the Rockets injury report, so his absence comes as a bit of a surprise. In his absence, Tari Eason and Reggie Bullock are the likely candidates to receive extra action. Green's next chance to play will come Friday at Denver.

Devin Vassell

Vassell is in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus the Timberwolves, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. Vassell will replace Jeremey Sochan as the Spurs' starting point guard Wednesday after coming off the bench in his last five appearances. Vassell is averaging 19.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals in 31.1 minutes across his previous eight starting appearances this season.

Jeremy Sochan

Sochan won’t start Wednesday’s game against Minnesota, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. The Spurs have been experimenting with Sochan at point guard this season, and for the most part, it hasn't worked. However, he posted 33 points, eight rebounds and six assists in 36 minutes during a two-point loss to Atlanta last week, marking his best all-around game this season. Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson, Cedi Osman, Victor Wembanyama and Zach Collins will start Wednesday, but Sochan figures to see plenty of playing time off the bench.

Grant Williams

Williams (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz. Williams has been downgraded from questionable to out and will miss his first game of the season. Olivier-Maxence Prosper should get an opportunity for increased playing time in Williams' absence.

Nicolas Batum

Batum (finger) will start Wednesday against the Wizards. Batum missed Friday's loss to Boston due to a finger injury but was a full participant during Friday's practice and will return to the starting lineup Wednesday. Across his last six starts, Batum has averaged 7.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.9 blocks in 26.1 minutes per game.

Jaylen Nowell

Nowell isn’t in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus Detroit. Nowell will be replaced by Derrick Rose in the starting lineup Wednesday. Nowell is averaging 5.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 13.8 minutes across his previous four appearances coming off the bench for the Grizzlies this season.

Marcus Morris

Morris won’t start Wednesday’s game against the Wizards. With Joel Embiid (illness) and Nicolas Batum (finger) sidelined, Morris drew a spot start next to Paul Reed in Philly's frontcourt during Friday's loss to Boston. However, Embiid and Batum will be back in action Wednesday, sending Morris and Reed to reserve roles. In his last outing off the bench, Morris scored 16 points (6-8 FG) in 20 minutes.

Patrick Beverley

Beverley won’t start Wednesday’s game against the Wizards. With Tyrese Maxey (illness), Joel Embiid (illness) and Nicolas Batum (finger) sidelined, Beverley drew a spot start against the Celtics on Friday. However, all three of the aforementioned starters are back in the starting lineup Wednesday, so Beverley will slide back to a reserve role. The veteran point guard has averaged 3.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 17.1 minutes across 18 appearances off the bench this season.

Paul Reed

Reed isn’t in the starting five for Wednesday’s game versus Washington. Joel Embiid's return from a two-game absence will send Reed back to the bench. Reed is averaging 5.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 15.4 minutes across his previous 10 bench appearances.

Bojan Bogdanovic

Bogdanovic will start Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports. Bogdanovic made his season debut Saturday against the Cavaliers, scoring 22 points (7-15 FG) in 27 minutes. He didn't show any signs of rust in the loss and will likely hold a permanent role in the starting lineup moving forward.

Alex Caruso

Caruso (toe) is available for Wednesday’s game versus the Hornets. Caruso has been upgraded from probable to available Wednesday despite dealing with a nagging toe injury. With Zach LaVine (foot) still out, Caruso will likely make his third straight start.

Jaden Ivey

Ivey won’t start Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports. Ivey will shift back to the bench again, but this time, he'll be replaced by Bojan Bogdanovic, who made his season debut against the Cavaliers on Saturday. As a reserve this season (10 games), Ivey has averaged 10.4 points, 2.6 assists and 2.4 rebounds in 19.8 minutes per game.

Jordan Poole

Poole (ankle) is available for Wednesday’s game versus Philadelphia. Poole has been upgraded from questionable to available Wednesday despite dealing with a nagging ankle injury. The 24-year-old guard is averaging 18.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.4 steals in 29.6 minutes across his last five appearances.

Mark Williams

Williams (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Bulls. Williams has been downgraded from questionable to out and will miss his first game of the season. In Williams' absence, Nick Richards, who recently returned from a six-game absence due to a concussion, will likely start at center. However, Charlotte may opt to run out some smaller lineups with P.J. Washington or Miles Bridges at the five.

Jalen Wilson

Wilson recorded 32 points (11-20FG, 9-13 3PT, 1-2 FT), six rebounds and five assists over 37 minutes of Monday’s 115-112 loss to College Park. Wilson was unstoppable from beyond the arc, burying a game-high nine triples on merely 13 attempts. He managed to lead Long Island in points while ranking second in assists. Through eight games, Wilson is averaging 19.9 points and 7.1 rebounds across 30.2 minutes.

Tari Eason

Eason (illness) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports. Eason missed the start of the campaign due to a stress fracture in his left leg but has been a key rotation piece since making his debut Nov. 8. Across 10 appearances, the second-year forward has averaged 6.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 17.9 minutes per game.

Stanley Umude

Umude finished with 23 points (7-11 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and four rebounds across 24 minutes during Tuesday’s 111-100 win over the Charge. Umude posted a season-high six three-pointers en route to a team-high 23 points in just 24 minutes of action. In three games with the Cruise this season, Umude is averaging 20.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 blocks in 30.0 minutes per game.

Armoni Brooks

Brooks logged 21 points (6-9 FG, 5-8 3PT, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three steals and a block over 22 minutes of Monday’s 115-112 loss to College Park. Brooks turned in a spectacular performance with the second unit, burying five triples en route to his second 20-plus point game of the campaign. Through six appearances, Brooks is averaging 14.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.7 combined steals/blocks.

Dean Wade

Wade (ankle) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Magic, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Wade has been upgraded from questionable and will be available for the first time following a six-game absence due to an ankle injury. Wade has drawn a handful of starts this season, but he'll operate off the bench with Cleveland close to full strength.

Eugene Omoruyi

Omoruyi delivered 19 points (8-20 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-4 FT) and six rebounds across 31 minutes in Sunday’s loss to Maine. Omoruyi hadn't played for the Go-Go since Nov. 15 but made his presence felt here, although an uptick in terms of efficiency wouldn't have hurt anyone. He has scored a combined 50 points while shooting 19-for-38 from the field in his two appearances with Capital CIty.

De'Anthony Melton

Melton (illness) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Wizards, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports. Melton was probable for Wednesday's matchup due to an illness, so it isn't very surprising that he'll be able to suit up. He's averaged 15.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 30.4 minutes per game over his last five appearances.

Dominick Barlow

Barlow finished with 21 points (9-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 0-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists and a block across 31 minutes in Sunday’s 155-109 loss to Capitanes. Another game, another contest where Barlow dominates the competition and stands out as Austin's best player by a wide margin. Capitanes were better in this game and fully deserved the blowout win, but Barlow continues to show he'll probably end up getting steady minutes at the NBA level at some point in this campaign. He's simply been too good for the G League.

Anthony Edwards

Edwards (hip) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs, Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic reports. Edwards missed Minnesota's last two games, but he fully participated in practice Monday and has been given the green light to return to action against San Antonio. Over his five appearances prior to his absence, he averaged 26.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 35.4 minutes per game.

Kelly Oubre

Oubre (ribs) will come off the bench during Wednesday’s matchup against the Wizards, Lauren Rosen of the 76ers’ official site reports. As expected, Oubre will return to action following an 11-game absence but will be under a minutes restriction and be used in short stints as he increases his conditioning level. Before the injury, Oubre was off to a fast start in 2023-24, averaging 16.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 29.0 minutes per game.

Jonathan Isaac

Isaac (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers. Isaac has dealt with an ankle injury over the past few days and won't be able to suit up against Cleveland. Joe Ingles could see a slight uptick in minutes during Wednesday's matchup, while Isaac's next chance to return will be Friday against Detroit.

Marvin Bagley

Bagley (back) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies. Bagley's playing time has dramatically dropped over the last week, averaging just 12.3 minutes over his last four appearances. He was also completely left out of the rotation in a game during that stretch. Bagley figures to see another limited role versus Memphis.

Seth Lundy

Lundy finished with 19 points (5-11 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and a steal across 33 minutes in Sunday’s 92-90 win over Westchester. Lundy was one of College Park's most impressive players and delivered a strong outing in the win, leading the team in scoring and posting another double-double. Lundy has scored in double digits in all of his outings outside of the season opener, but this was his first double-double of the campaign.

Landry Shamet

Shamet (neck) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers, Noah Levick of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Shamet didn't practice Tuesday and will officially be sidelined for the first time in a month. Corey Kispert and Jared Butler are candidates to see increased roles against Philadelphia.

Johnny Davis

The Wizards announced Wednesday that Davis has been diagnosed with a left calf strain and will be evaluated weekly. Davis missed time earlier in the season due to an elbow issue and is now dealing with a calf injury that will sideline him for multiple games. The 2022 lottery pick has struggled to stay healthy in his first two seasons and hasn't produced even when he's been on the court.

Gradey Dick

Dick (illness) totaled 23 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, two steals and one assist across 38 minutes Wednesday in the G League Raptors 905’s 121-109 loss to the Westchester Knicks. Before he headed to the G League, the rookie first-round pick had missed Toronto's most recent game Friday against the Knicks due to an illness, but he looked healthy enough in his return to action Wednesday. Dick could stick around with the 905 for the second half of its back-to-back set Thursday versus the Long Island Nets before he rejoins the NBA team for Friday's game in Charlotte.

Ron Harper

Harper (ribs) tallied seven points (2-9 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two assists, two steals and one rebound in 29 minutes Wednesday in the G League Raptors 905’s 121-109 loss to the Westchester Knicks. Harper exited early in the 905's previous game last Friday versus the Maine Celtics on account of a bruised rib, but he was back in action Wednesday for the front end of a back-to-back set. The second-year forward is one of Toronto's three two-way players and could move back and forth between the NBA and G League throughout the season, but he's likely to see the majority of his playing time with the 905.

Joe Harris

Harris (shoulder) won’t play in Wednesday’s game versus the Grizzlies. Harris's absence streak will extend to 15 games Wednesday after being downgraded from doubtful to out with a right shoulder sprain. The veteran forward's next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with Orlando.

Chris Duarte

Duarte (knee) fully participated in Wednesday’s practice session, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports. Duarte was unavailable for Monday's game against the Pelicans due to a knee injury, but it was encouraging to see him return to practice a few days later. It's unclear whether he'll be available Friday against Phoenix, but he seems to be trending in the right direction.

Keegan Murray

Murray (back) missed Wednesday’s practice and is considered day-to-day moving forward, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports. Murray has played in Sacramento's last two contests but continues to deal with lower back soreness. The second-year forward's status for Friday's matchup with Phoenix is uncertain. However, the King's injury report should be released Thursday, which will provide clarity on Murray's availability.

Amen Thompson

Thompson (ankle) tallied 29 points (12-26 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 16 rebounds, 11 assists, three steals and two blocks across 40 minutes Wednesday in the G League Rio Grande Valley Vipers’ 128-26 overtime loss to the Oklahoma City Blue. Thompson was making his first appearance at any level since Nov. 1 after missing five weeks of action with a right ankle sprain. After missing six of his first eight field-goal attempts, Thompson settled in nicely for Rio Grande Valley Vipers, finishing as the team's scoring leader and securing a double-double while also chipping in in both defensive categories. While Thompson won't be available Wednesday for the Rockets' game against the Thunder, he'll presumably be ready to rejoin the NBA team ahead of Friday's game in Denver. The rookie lottery pick had served as a reserve wing for the Rockets in his first four career games before suffering the ankle injury, averaging 6.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 16.8 minutes.

Jalen Smith

Smith (heel) won’t play in Thursday’s semifinal matchup of the In-Season Tournament against the Bucks and would be sidelined for the championship Saturday if Indiana advances, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports. Smith is reportedly improving and did light running and shooting Wednesday, but he'll remain out for at least a few more days. His next chance to suit up will come Monday in Detroit. In Smith's absence, Obi Toppin has been playing extended minutes.

Jalen Hood-Schifino

The Lakers recalled Hood-Schifino from their G League affiliate Wednesday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports. Hood-Schifino and Maxwell Lewis were both sent to the G League on Tuesday to practice with South Bay but returned to the NBA club Wednesday morning. Hood-Schifino has appeared in four NBA contests this season, averaging 3.3 points in 11.0 minutes.

Maxwell Lewis

The Lakers recalled Lewis from their G League affiliate Wednesday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports. Lewis and Jalen Hood-Schifino were both sent to the G League on Tuesday to practice with South Bay but returned to the NBA team Wednesday morning. Lewis has made 10 NBA appearances this season, but he played fewer than eight minutes in each of those contests.

Colby Jones

Sacramento recalled Jones from the G League’s Stockton Kings on Wednesday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports. Jones played in Stockton's loss to the G League Ignite on Tuesday, but it was his worst performance of the season, as he totaled just four points (2-8 FG) in 27 minutes. The rookie second-round pick figures to continue bouncing back and forth between the NBA club and G League squad throughout the season.

Bradley Beal

Beal (back) went through a workout ahead of Tuesday’s In-Season Tournament game, and there’s optimism the shooting guard could return to the Suns’ starting lineup next week, Shams Charania of The Athletic reported on FanDuel TV. In his report Tuesday, Charania mentioned that Beal continues to make progress, and if that trend continues over the next 7-to-10 days, he'll be on track to suit up for the first time since Nov. 12. Beal missed the first seven games of the season due to back spasms and returned for a three-game stretch in mid-November before being shut down again. He missed his 11th straight game Tuesday and will likely be sidelined for at least a few more contests, but Beal's return to action appears to be on the horizon. In the meantime, Eric Gordon and Grayson Allen should continue playing prominent roles.

JD Davison

Davison had 18 points (8-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-2 FT), seven rebounds, 10 assists and two blocks in 37 minutes during Sunday’s 103-99 win over the Capital City Go-Go. Davison notched his second double-double of the season in Sunday's victory, but he's been unable to find his shooting stroke over his last four contests, knocking down 23 of his last 66 shot attempts (34.8 percent) from the field over this stretch. However, this slump hasn't deterred him in any way, as he's hoisted up 17 or more shots in three of his last four games.

Kristaps Porzingis

Porzingis (calf) was a full participant during Wednesday’s practice and participated in a 5-on-5 scrimmage with coaches following the session, Souichi Terada of The Springfield Republican reports. Porzingis has missed four straight contests, including Boston's disappointing loss to the Pacers during the quarterfinals of the In-Season Tournament on Monday. However, the talented big man may return to game action soon. His next chance will come Friday versus the Knicks, but his official status for that contest likely won't surface until Thursday afternoon.

Tari Eason

Eason is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder due to an illness. Eason is a key part of the second unit for Houston. Over his last five games, he has averaged 6.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.2 blocks in 18.5 minutes per game. If he's unable to play Wednesday, we could see more of Jae'Sean Tate.

Jock Landale

Landale (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder. Landale has been downgraded from questionable and will miss his third game of the season due to injury or illness. He's technically the primary backup to Alperen Sengun, but Houston tends to go small with its second unit, meaning Landale's absence shouldn't have a fantasy impact.

Tim Hardaway

Hardaway (back) is available for Wednesday’s game against Utah. Hardaway and Kyrie Irving (foot) have both been upgraded to available, but Grant Williams (knee) remains questionable. If Williams joins Josh Green (elbow) on the sidelines again, Hardaway could see increased usage, though he may be limited coming off a two-game absence.

Kyrie Irving

Irving (foot) is available for Wednesday’s game against Utah. Irving missed Saturday's game against the Thunder, but he returned to practice Monday and officially has the green light to return. With Irving back in the lineup, it's likely that Seth Curry returns to the bench for Dallas.

Patrick Baldwin

The Wizards recalled Baldwin from their G League affiliate Wednesday. The Wizards could potentially be shorthanded for Wednesday's game against the 76ers, as Jordan Poole (ankle) and Landry Shamet (neck) are both questionable. Baldwin has made three appearances for the Wizards this season, but he's played a total of 11 minutes.

Rui Hachimura

Hachimura (nose) posted seven points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist across 21 minutes in Tuesday’s 106-103 win over the Suns. Hachimura missed four consecutive games with a nasal fracture before being upgraded to available ahead of the Lakers' previous contest Saturday against the Rockets, but the fifth-year forward ultimately went unused after head coach Darvin Ham elected to exercise some additional caution with him. The 25-year-old slotted back into the rotation for the quarterfinal round of the In-Season Tournament, serving as a backup big man along with Jarred Vanderbilt and Jaxson Hayes while Christian Wood fell out of the rotation. Given the crowding in the Los Angeles frontcourt, Hachimura likely won't see his playing time expand much from what he received Tuesday so long as Anthony Davis and LeBron James are both available.

Zach Collins

Collins (thumb) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Timberwolves, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports. As expected, Collins has been upgraded from probable to available despite a minor thumb sprain. The veteran center has yet to miss a game this season, averaging 13.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.4 steal-plus-blocks in 29.1 minutes per night across 19 appearances.

Devin Vassell

Vassell (knee) is available for Wednesday’s game against Minnesota, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports. Vassell was probable for Wednesday's matchup and was officially given the green light to suit up after participating in the team's morning shootaround. The 23-year-old has averaged 20.0 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 26.8 minutes per game over his last five appearances, which have all come off the bench.

Ryan Rollins

Rollins (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers. Rollins remains sidelined by a right knee strain. He hasn't appeared in a game since Nov. 20, but he was a fringe rotation player before the injury.

Moussa Diabate

Diabate posted 12 points (5-13 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-3 FT), 14 rebounds, two steals and one assist over 33 minutes in Tuesday’s 119-109 win over Santa Cruz. Diabate once again led Ontario on the glass, leading all players in Tuesday's game in rebounds while notching his third double-double in four G League appearances. Over four games, Diabate has averaged 14.8 points, 10.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.5 steals over 32.6 minutes per contest.

Xavier Moon

Moon posted 34 points (12-20 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), eight assists, four rebounds and one steal over 34 minutes in Tuesday’s 119-109 win over Santa Cruz. Moon led all Clippers in scoring and assists while finishing two dimes short of a double-double in a winning effort. Over 10 G League games this season, Moon has averaged 19.1 points, 6.1 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 2.5 steals over 28.0 minutes per contest.
