TAMMY TURNER, SVP of Corporate Administration and Facilities
Tammy is in her 27th season with Spurs Sports & Entertainment. She leads all areas of the organization’s human capital, which includes championing our values-based culture, the personal and professional development of SS&E’s employees, along with internal communications, employee engagement and community outreach. Her additional oversight responsibilities include the areas of building operations and facilities management of the AT&T Center as well as our information and technology systems.
Prior to assuming her current role, Tammy served as vice president of human resources and corporate administration, where she led organizational transformation through differentiated talent models and analytics, attracting and developing the best talent and optimizing benefits and compensation for the organization.
Tammy began her career with SS&E in 1995 as an executive assistant in the finance department. She spent 10 years working on the financial side of the business before transitioning to the human resources department in 2005. In 2007 she was promoted to director of human resources and was elevated to the role of senior director of human resources and corporate administration in 2008.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Tammy received her bachelor’s degree in political science/pre-law and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. She played collegiate volleyball, basketball and softball for UIW.
Tammy and her husband, Dave, have a blended family of five children, Kyle, Kody, Talbert, Jan-Tanah and Jett.
