SAN ANTONIO (Sept. 14, 2015) – To ensure all fans have the opportunity to see the Spurs play in the newly-renovated AT&T Center, the San Antonio Spurs have capped season ticket memberships for the 2015-16 season and are introducing a Season Ticket Wait List for those interested in joining the Spurs Family. Fans wishing to become Spurs season ticket members for the 2016-17 season and beyond can reserve their priority number for full season tickets as they become available by registering for the Wait List at Spurs.com/waitlist.
“We are extremely grateful for the constant long-standing support of our Spurs season ticket members,” said Joe Clark, Spurs Sports & Entertainment Vice President of Sales. “The continued interest in our season ticket program is just another reason why the Spurs have the greatest and most loyal fan base in the NBA. Our goal is to provide accessibility to all Spurs fans, and capping our season ticket base ensures this by allowing them the opportunity to purchase both single-game and group tickets.”
Interested fans can sign up for the Spurs Season Ticket Wait List by placing a $100 deposit per seat that will be applied to the eventual purchase of season ticket packages. They will then receive a unique priority number specific to their place in line for these packages as they become available, as well as exclusive presale opportunities for individual game tickets.
To give fans the opportunity to buy individual game tickets, annual season ticket numbers are capped at a franchise record 13,200. The AT&T Center has seen 62 consecutive sellout crowds.
