Buzzer Beater Game Pass FAQs

Q: Where can I expect to sit each game with my Buzzer Beater Game Pass?
A: You are guaranteed a seat in the Balcony Level, but your specific seat location will vary game-to-game. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How do I get my seat location(s)?
A: Once tickets are purchased, you will receive a text message 3 hours prior to game time with your seat assignment(s). You will need to accept your seats on your mobile device to indicate you are coming to the game. For each game, you must accept your seats 90 minutes prior to tip-off to guarantee your seats.

Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: Simply access the San Antonio Spurs Mobile App, log in to your profile and tap on the pass button. You can also navigate to Spurs.com/PassAccess from your mobile device, log in, and then tap on the pass tab. If you have any problems, please navigate to expapp.com/contact
Q: If I buy two or more tickets, will my eats be next to each other?
A: Yes, tickets purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: You can buy up to six passes per account.

Q: Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Buzzer Beater Game Pass?
A: Yes, those who purchase the Buzzer Beater Game Pass will have the opportunity to link their pass to another pass buyer in order to sit next to each other. The linking of passes is done on a game-by-game basis. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to pass buyers

Q: If I buy a pair of passes, how can my guest get his/her pass?
A: All passes will be delivered to the phone that registers the pass. If you purchase two passes, for example, admission and seat assignments for both passes will be delivered to your phone. You and your guest will need to arrive at the AT&T Center together.

Q: Do I get a discount if I buy more than one set of passes?
A: No, there are no discounts offered for the purchase of multiple passes.

Q: Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
A: Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Q: How do I get into the AT&T Center with my pass?
A: You will receive a text message with a link to access your pass via the San Antonio Spurs App the day of each game. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into the AT&T Center. You can also navigate to Spurs.com/PassAccess from your mobile device, log in, and tap on the pass tab to access your barcode.
