SIXERS ANNOUNCE 2015-16 TELEVISION SCHEDULE

COMCAST SPORTSNET AND THE COMCAST NETWORK TEAM UP TO AIR THE ENTIRE REGULAR SEASON ALONG WITH TWO PRESEASON GAMES

PHILADELPHIA, PA – SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 – The Philadelphia 76ers today announced their television broadcast schedule for the 2015-16 season.  Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network will team up to broadcast all 82 regular season games as well as the Sixers two preseason games in Philadelphia.

The Sixers flagship station, Comcast SportsNet, will air 71 regular season games, including the season opener at Boston on Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. and all four encounters with Cleveland. 

The Comcast Network will broadcast the remaining 11 regular season matchups.

The Sixers are also scheduled to appear on NBA TV twice this season, vs. Chicago on Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. and at Memphis on Nov. 29 at 6:00.  Both of those games will be carried locally by Comcast SportsNet.  NBA TV broadcasts are blacked out within 75 miles of the team’s home market.

Each regular season game on Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network will feature a half-hour pre-game show along with “Sixers Postgame Live” airing immediately after each game.

Emmy award winner Marc Zumoff returns for his 22nd season as the Sixers television play-by-play announcer.  He will be joined by Molly French, who enters her fourth full season as the team’s sideline reporter.  Comcast SportsNet will announce a new color commentator prior to the season.
