New Health & Safety Guidelines

Attending a game or event at The Center will be a little different than your last visit. Many of the health and safety measures are new, but the passion and excitement are the same. Please read about the new procedures and protocols that have been put in place to protect you and other guests. Please note that all The Center policies and procedures must be followed at all times while you’re at the arena.

Cleaning & Safety Procedures

High-touch areas will be completely sanitized before, during and after events. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the arena.

Face Masks

Face coverings are required for all guests (ages 2+) at all times within The Center and surrounding areas (including the parking lots).

Guest Health Assessment

Each guest must complete a mandatory self-assessment health questionnaire prior to ticket scanning and entering the building.

Physical Distancing

Guests must practice physical distancing at all times by maintaining at least six (6) feet of distance between other patrons outside of their immediate party.

Digital Ticketing

All tickets will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from guests’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless guest experience.

Mobile Ordering

Fans will now be able to order food and drinks directly from their mobile devices and all food and beverage transactions are cashless.

No Bags

Fans are not permitted to bring bags of any size into the venue.

There will be a contactless parking experience and guests will be directed to a dedicated entrance based on their parking and seat locations.

The Center is working day and night to welcome guests back as safely as possible. We’re in constant contact with city and state officials, public health experts, and the NBA to determine what capacity is appropriate for the Center.

All face coverings must:

  • Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin
  • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
  • Allow the guest to remain hands-free

At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, the following are NOT permitted face coverings:

  • Those with holes in the covering, including exhalation valves or made solely of materials such as mesh or lace fabric.
  • Face coverings that cannot be secured under the chin, such as bandanas, neck gaiters, or face shields. Face shields may be worn in addition to, but not in place of, a face covering.

You may remove your face covering while seated at your seat and actively eating or drinking, provided you are maintaining appropriate physical distancing.

Security staff will enforce these policies throughout the Center. Any guest not wearing a face covering or wearing a face covering that violates the Center’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols is subject to ejection.

All guests two and up must wear a face covering at all times.

Exceptions to the face covering requirement will be recognized as required by law. Any guest who requires an accommodation must notify the arena at least twenty-four (24) hours in  advance of the event by contacting Guest Services at WFC-CustomerService@comcastspectacor.com.

Fans can pre-pay and receive digital parking passes for the lot closest to their seat location inside the Center. For guests paying for parking on gameday, all parking booths have been upgraded with mobile and touchless technology to allow for contactless transactions. Guests can also still pay for parking with cash.

Parking lots will open one hour prior to the event. Fans will be required to maintain social distancing while traveling between vehicle and building. Tailgating is not permitted.

Only small wallets, clutches, medically-required bags, and parenting bags are permitted and will be subject to an X-ray scan and visual security check. X-ray scanning will only take place at the Broad St. doors.

Oversized bags can be stored in lockers located on the Broad Street side of the building. Lockers are priced based on bag size, ranging from $5 to $15, payable by credit cards only. Lockers are limited and available on first come, first served basis.

Fans will also be given a preferred window of time when they should enter the arena to limit congestion at entrances. Staff will be positioned outside to assist fans and ensure that PPE requirements have been followed prior to entry.

Both of the Center’s main entrances are ADA accessible.  Any person with disabilities may enter through either main entrance, even if you are directed to a different dedicated entrance.

All transactions made at the counter will be cashless, using either credit or debit cards. For fans who bring cash to the arena, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card. Each food and beverage location is also outfitted with social distancing line placements and protective barriers.

Customers must remain in their seats while eating or drinking, and alcohol will only be served when in the same transaction as a meal.

Guests can order and pay for merchandise online at shop.wfcphilly.com on their mobile devices and pick it up right at the New Era Team Store. Guests can also purchase items in the store and at merchandise counters, which have been outfitted with social distancing line placements and protective barriers.

Cash will not be accepted; however, reverse ATMs will be available on-site to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card.
