Banquet Spaces
Take advantage of one of our coolest spaces in the Toyota Center for a meeting, or get together, prior to the game. There are no additional charges to rent these spaces. Purchase a minimum number of tickets and get access to our ‘94/’95 Championship room or Sterling Vineyards Red and White Bistro.

Our spacious suites inside the Toyota Center are the perfect way to impress your clients, build relationships with prospects, reward your employees or just have a night out with family or friends. How to I purchase Group tickets to a Rockets game?

Yes! The Houston Rockets offer a variety of Fan Experiences Package that allow your group to be part of the action.

How many people do I need to qualify to receive the Group pricing?
Just a group of 10 or more people qualifies for special Group pricing. Larger groups can qualify for our once-in-a-lifetime Fan Experiences. See the options for your group!

How much are tickets?
Tickets vary based on the game and seating location. Prices are subject to change and tickets are based on availability.

How and when will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are sent electronically once your account is paid in full.

How and when must I pay for my tickets?
Your account must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to the date of your game. The easiest way to pay your account is by credit card, which can be done over the phone. If you choose to mail in a check, please make sure you know your deadline date and allow enough time for the check to be received on time. Checks should be mailed to: Houston Rockets, Group Sales Department (Attn: Group Sales Executive Name), 1510 Polk St, Houston Texas 77002.

Can I exchange/return/cancel/refund my group tickets?
All sales are final.

Can I purchase Group Tickets at the box office?
Group tickets are not available at the box office and must be purchased through your Group Sales Executive.

Do kids need a ticket?
Children under 36 inches have free admission and can sit on parent’s lap. Anyone over 36 inches will need a ticket.

How do I promote my Group Event?
If you need any help customizing a specific message about your group outing, we can put it all together for you. If you need a flyer or an order form, we want to make this event as turnkey as possible for you! Whatever helps you spread the word so you can enjoy this event with the most people possible, we’re here to help you.
Fan Experiences & Performances

My kid is participating in an on court experience, where can I watch?
You can watch the experience or performance from your ticketed seat location. Many groups choose to purchase lower level tickets so they can get closer to the action!

Do we need to get tickets for those participating?
Everyone has to have a ticket to get into the Toyota Center, including those doing on court performances or experiences.

Where does my child enter the building for a pre-game performance?
Your child can enter the building through the Bell St. Atrium entrance with their Group Leader(s). All parents and other group members must enter through one of the main Toyota Center entrances and cannot enter through the Bell St. Atrium.
