Mobile Ticketing Guide

All Rockets fans are now required to use mobile tickets via the Houston Rockets App to enter Toyota Center for all games and ticketed events.

Please use the guide below to see how you can access, transfer and sell your tickets safely and securely from your smartphone!

Before following any of the steps below, make sure you download the Official Houston Rockets App! In addition to providing access to your tickets, the Rockets Mobile App delivers an unrivaled interactive team experience by providing the most up-to-date scores, schedules, news, and stats.

Managing Your Tickets

Before you come to the game, we highly recommend that you try accessing your tickets as outlined in the Access Tickets instructions below.

This will prevent you from having to handle potential confusion or password changes as you are entering Toyota Center. If you experience any issues prior to attending the game, please contact your service representative or give us a call at (713) 758-7300.

  1. Open the Rockets App, navigate to the Tickets Menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Mobile Tickets.
  2. Log into your AXS account entering the email and password that you used to purchase or accept your transfer tickets. (If you can't remember your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email)
  3. Browse your upcoming events and tap the ticket icon for the game or event you would like to access.
  4. Present the scannable QR code at the door for entry to Toyota Center.

  2. Browse your upcoming events and tap the ticket icon for the game or event you would like to send.
  3. Tap Transfer.
  4. Select the seats you would like to send. Enter the recipients first name, last name and email address, or select from a list of Recent Contacts. Then tap Continue.
  5. Review information and tap Confirm Transfer. Your tickets have now been sent!
  1. Open the Rockets App, tap the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap Mobile Tickets.
  2. Browse your upcoming events and tap the ticket icon for the one you would like to sell.
  3. Tap Sell and confirm you have an active bank account in this country.
  4. Select the specific seats you would like to sell, set your asking price per ticket, and choose listing options.
  5. Review listing information and choose Credit Card for payout. Once everything is correct, tap Confirm Listing.
    Note: A seller connection fee will be deducted from the asking price for your tickets. The Total amount shown on the confirmation page, is what your potential payout will be after the resale fee.

What is AXS Mobile ID?

With mobile ticketing through AXS, you’re able to keep your tickets securely stored in your AXS App until it’s time for your event and enter with a quick and simple scan. Easy!

How do I get the Rockets App?

The Rockets App is free to download and available in the App Store or the Google Play Store. To login, use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets.

How do I use the Rockets App to enter the building?

  1. Open the Rockets App
  2. From the Home screen, tap Mobile Tickets
  3. Log into your account entering the email address used to purchase the tickets (*If you can't remember your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email)
  4. Browse your upcoming events and tap the ticket icon for the one you want to view
  5. Present the QR code at the door to be scanned for entry to Toyota Center

How do I access my Parking pass?

Your parking pass for the Toyota Tundra garage will load like a ticket with a barcode to be scanned as you enter the garage.

Can I print my tickets?

AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be printed for venue entry.

Are screenshots of the barcode valid for entry?

No, tickets must be scanned through the Rockets App or the AXS App.

Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?

Yes. However, we recommend that you transfer tickets to each person attending the event.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Please bring a valid photo ID and the card you used to purchase the tickets to the Toyota Center box office.

How far in advance can I access my tickets?

Unless otherwise noted, tickets are accessible on the AXS app and ready to manage as soon as the purchase is complete. Ability to transfer and/or sell tickets varies by show and is subject to change.

What should I bring to an event?

  • Your phone
  • Wallet with photo ID
  • The card you used to purchase the tickets

What if I need help on an event day?

What is the venue Bag Policy?

No bags are allowed except: MEDICAL, DIAPER BAGS, CLUTCH SMALLER THAN 5.5" X 8.5"
