Team will host its annual Open Practice at Simon Fraser University
The Toronto Raptors announced Friday that Head Coach Darko Rajaković and his team will return to Vancouver, British Columbia, for training camp. The Raptors will hold Media Day on Monday, Oct. 2 in Toronto before travelling to Vancouver. The team will practice Tuesday, Oct. 3 through Saturday, Oct. 7 at Christine Sinclair Community Centre in Burnaby. The Raptors will hold training camp in British Columbia for the eighth time in team history and sixth time in Vancouver (2010, 2014-16, 2018). Toronto began the season in Victoria in 2017 and 2022.
All practice sessions are closed to the public. A specific schedule with times and media availabilities will be released at a later date.
As part of training camp, the Raptors also announced they will host their annual Open Practice on Friday, Oct. 6 (6 p.m. PT) at the West Gym on the Simon Fraser University campus in Burnaby. Tickets will be made available starting at 10 am PT on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at https://athletics.sfu.ca/raptors. Net proceeds from the event will go towards the SFU Athletics General Fund.
