Pros: Telfair has been lauded mostly for his point-guard skills and uncanny court vision. Averaged more than 33 points and nine assists as a senior, leading the Lincoln RailSplitters to the New York City PSAL championship. His scoring carried him through his high-school career, but his leadership skills and ability to make players around him better are what the pro scouts are looking for in a floor general.
Cons: Size appears to be a huge concern over Telfair as is the fact he's a point guard breaking into the league at 18-years-old and under six feet tall. Word is that his stock has fallen in workouts because in one-on-one drills, it's impossible to showcase what might be Telfair's biggest asset - his vision in the open floor with four teammates to get the ball to.
