The Toronto Raptors are proud to launch a new way for our fans to manage their tickets through their smartphone. Mobile ticketing provides you:

  • Quick and easy entry into the arena using your smartphone
  • The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets on the go
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper


How To:


Logging In

From the "Home" screen, tap "Tickets."

Scroll down and tap "Manage Your Tickets."

As a current season ticket member, you already have an account. Enter your email and password. Then tap "Sign In."

Note: If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password?" and select "Ticketmaster Account". Enter your email address and Ticketmaster will send you a link to reset your password. The link will be active for 15 minutes.

If your email is associated with a Ticketmaster account, you'll be asked to link accounts. This will let you see tickets purchased through Toronto Raptors and Ticketmaster in one place. Enter your password and tap "Link Accounts." If you don't want to link accounts, tap "No Thanks."

Note: If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted with Terms of Use. Please read and agree by tapping "Accept."

View Tickets

Choose the game you want to view by tapping it. Each game will show the opponent, date, time and the number of tickets you have.

Tap "View Barcode" to access the QR code. Please do not take a screenshot as it will not be scannable.

Adding to Apple Wallet or Google Pay

Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Pay." This allows you to access your tickets without an Internet connection. Please do not take a screenshot as it will not be scannable.

Sending Tickets

Find the game you'd like to transfer your tickets for and tap it. Then tap "Send" at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to send. Then tap "Send Tickets."

Choose the method for sending your tickets (i.e. text, email, etc.).

Selecting email will open your email. Once you've entered an email address and message, tap "Send."

Note: You can't transfer tickets to yourself. The recipient's email must be different from yours.

Once it is sent, the process is complete. The status will appear on the ticket. If it hasn't been accepted yet, you can stop the transfer by tapping "Cancel Transfer."

Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to "Claimed" and the barcode will no longer appear.

Selling Tickets

Find the game you'd like to sell your tickets for and tap it. Then tap "Sell" at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to sell. Then tap "Set Price."

Enter your selling price. Then tap "Payout Method."

Choose your method of payment. Then tap "Confirm."

Note: If you choose "Personal Check," please fill out your shipping address. Typically, checks take 2 weeks to arrive after the sale.

Finally, tap "Sell Tickets."

To edit or cancel the sale, select "Edit Posting" or "Cancel Posting" on the ticket. Upon the cancellation or sale, you'll get a confirmation email.

Receiving Ticket Transfers

When someone transfers tickets to you, you'll get an email. Tap "Accept Tickets.""

Note: You can only accept tickets on your desktop or smartphone/tablet web browser. At this time, you can't accept transfers through mobile app.

Sign in to your Membership Online Account Manager or create an account if you don't have one.

IMPORTANT: The address the email was sent to must match the address on your account to claim your tickets.

Once logged in, you will see the details of the game. Tap "Accept Offer" at the bottom of the screen.

Once accepted, you will see a confirmation screen with the game details.

You can further confirm the tickets are in your account by tapping "All Events." You can now view the tickets from the mobile app and scan them at the gate for entry. (See "Viewing Your Tickets")






FAQs

General
  1. Physical tickets distributed by MLSE and Ticketmaster OR
  2. Mobile tickets displayed on a mobile device using the Raptors mobile app or Ticketmaster’s mobile app, mobile version of the Raptors or Ticketmaster website, or within a phone’s Apple/Google Pay wallet.

Note: “Print at home” PDF tickets, 8 ½ x 11 paper tickets or screenshots do not constitute as valid tickets and will be denied entry into Scotiabank Arena
You can download the team app for free at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can always access your mobile tickets through your smartphone’s web browser by logging in to your Raptors Account Manager or Ticketmaster account.
No. Screenshots of tickets aren’t scannable and aren’t a valid method for entry. If you are the recipient of a screenshot, contact the source of the ticket and request for the ticket to be transferred to you.
If you’re a season ticket member, you can use your physical tickets from your membership package. Otherwise, please visit the Ticket Office outside of Gate 1 at Scotiabank Arena or phone our service lines (416.366.3865 / 416.703.5323) to have your tickets left at Will Call. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account or the person attending.
If your phone battery dies, chargers are available at the Ticket Office.
Yes. Once you select a game in your account, you can swipe left and right to view all your tickets for that game.
No. Your mobile tickets have the same bar code as the ones on your physical tickets. However, if you successfully transfer or sell a mobile ticket through your Raptors Account Manager or ask for a reprint at Will Call, the bar code changes and your physical ticket will no longer be valid.
No. You can no longer use PDFs (”print at home”) tickets or a printed out screenshot to enter Scotiabank Arena. Contact the source of the ticket and request the ticket to be transferred to you. To avoid these situations, please use our Ticketmaster Verified Fan to Fan Resale for buying Secondary Tickets.
The most convenient way to buy or transfer tickets is through your Raptors Account Manager or Ticketmaster account. Will Call pickup is available if a hard copy ticket is necessary.


Linking Accounts on Mobile App
No. You have separate accounts for anything bought through MLSE (either through a MLSE representative or Online Account Manager) and Ticketmaster.com. Linking your accounts on the Raptors mobile app allows you to see tickets associated with your Raptors Account Manager or Ticketmaster account. For a step-by-step guide, see the “Logging In” tab above.
You can sell your seats through the Ticketmaster Fan to Fan Resale market. If you have not used this feature before, Ticketmaster requires you to verify your account. A verification code will be sent to your email on file that you will be asked to enter in a pop up box when you sign in to Account Manager. If you didn't get the code, simply hit "Resend Email."
Yes. You can access your Raptors 905 tickets on the Raptors App.


Transferring Tickets

As long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets yet, you can cancel the transfer in your account. In the app, go to the ticket you want to recall and select “Cancel.”
When you transfer tickets in Account Manager, it doesn’t sync with your phone’s wallet. We suggest deleting the ticket from your wallet once it’s been transferred successfully.

Note: Once a ticket has been transferred, a new barcode is generated and all previous copies of that ticket are no longer valid for entry.

No. If you don’t have a Raptors or Ticketmaster account, you’ll be prompted to create one. Once you’ve accepted the tickets, we recommend downloading the official Raptors mobile app to access your tickets and improve your in-game experience. For a step-by-step guide, see “Logging In” and “View My Tickets” tabs above.


Selling Tickets

You can edit or cancel a sale as long as the tickets haven’t been bought yet. In the app, go to the ticket you want to edit/cancel and select “Edit Posting” or “Cancel Posting.”
