HOW IT WORKS

For the 2018-19 season, the renewal of your Membership will be automatically setup using your same payment preferences that were used during the 2018-19 season. If your payment information has not changed, no action is required from your end! If you would like to adjust your current payment plan or provide us with updated payment information, please contact your Account Representative or call 416-366-DUNK (3865).

Annual Payments

2017-2018 Raptors Membership in one full installment. Pay 100% on March 29th, 2018.

02.

Semi-Annual Payments

Pay 50% on March 29th, 2018 with the final 50% to be charged on June 15th, 2018.

03.

Monthly Payments

23% Deposit due March 29th, 2018. The remaining balance due will be split into 11 equal monthly payments from April, 2018 to February, 2019. Each monthly payment of 7% will be processed on the 4th Tuesday of every month.

We’re always looking to be at the forefront of technology and modernization to help deliver exceptional Member experiences. You may have noticed that we have introduced some exciting features to our team mobile app, which includes up-to-the-minute scores, arena maps, augmented reality integration and the ability to manage and view your tickets on the go.

Beginning in the 2018-2019 season, we’ll be removing the PDF tickets ("Printing at Home") feature from the Online Account Manager. This change is to encourage the use of our latest technology and protect our fans against fraud from re-printed tickets.

COURTSIDE UPGRADE SIGN UP

There is no doubt that the Toronto Raptors have the best fans in the NBA. The tremendous support you have shown for your Toronto Raptors has been overwhelming. Due to the amount of interest in Toronto Raptors Courtside Membership Upgrades, an online Raptors Membership Upgrade List.

  • You will be contacted regarding the opportunity to upgrade your current Toronto Raptors Membership that you select based on availability.
  • Once you select your preference you will receive a priority number
  • Once available inventory has been identified our Membership team will defer to our wait list and select the name based on available location/category and priority number
  • Once an offer is made, list Members will be provided with a maximum of 2 business days to respond. If there is no response, that list Member will forfeit their opportunity to purchase and the Raptors will move to the next number on the wait list
  • In the event that you decline three (3) offers to upgrade, you will be reassigned a priority number at the bottom of the Toronto Raptors Courtside Membership Upgrade list in accordance with the Toronto Raptors Member Waiting List Official Terms and Conditions

FAQs

For the 2018-19 season, the renewal of your Membership will be automatic. This auto-renewal will default to maintaining the same method of payment and payment plan used during the 2017-18 season. Members will be provided with 30 days' notice prior to the first payment date. This notice will include your payment method, pricing, and payment schedule. At that time, you will have the option to adjust your payment preferences, or cancel your Membership prior to the first payment installment.

Yes, if you choose to cancel your Membership, you will be officially forfeiting your membership for the 2018-19 season and all future seasons.

- If you cancel your Membership prior to the first payment due date, no payments will be processed.
- If you cancel your Membership after the first payment installment has been processed, your Membership will end 30 days from the date you provide written notice by completing the online cancellation form. If there is another payment date within the 30-day window, that installment will be charged as scheduled. Please also note that any payments made prior to your membership cancellation will not be refunded. You will have access to all membership benefits until the effective cancellation date, at which time all membership benefits will end.
No, all Memberships are setup for auto-renewal and there is no opt-out option available. However, all Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days to cancel their Membership before any payments are processed for the following season.
There are three payment plans available
- Annual – Pay-in-full
- Semi-Annual – Two 50% payments, dates to be confirmed
- Monthly – Payment dates to-be-confirmed (credit card only)
