PROFESSIONAL CAREER

2017-18: Appeared in 39 games (all starts), averaging 5.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.15 steals and 0.90 blocks in 26.6 minutes, shooting a career-high 53.7 percent from the field. On 1/20 at Cleveland, registered eight points on 4-of-7 shooting, six rebounds, two assists and two steals. On Christmas Day vs. Houston, logged eight points, four rebounds, five assists, four steals and two blocks, going 3-of-4 from the field. On 12/3 vs. San Antonio, went a perfect 4-for-4 from the floor to log eight points, two rebounds and two steals. On 11/29 at Orlando, fell one rebound shy of a double-double with 11 points on 5-of- 8 shooting and nine rebounds. Tallied 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-3 3FG), five rebounds, two blocks and a steal on 11/24 vs. Detroit. On 11/10 vs. LA Clippers, grabbed a season-best 11 boards. Had two 10-plus rebound games and one double-digit scoring game. Led the team in rebounding twice and in assists once. Two games DNP – Inactive (left ankle sprain). Eight games DNP – Inactive (left patellar tendinitis). 33 games DND - Inactive (left patellar tendon surgery).

BEFORE NBA

The first Colorado player to lead the team in rebounding, blocked shots and steals for three consecutive seasons. The only CU player with career 1,000 points (1,012) and rebounds (1,045), 150 blocks (150) and steals (164), and 100 assists (119). Just 10 boards shy of becoming the school’s all-time leading rebounder before leaving Colorado. In his tenure, the Buffs put together a school-record three consecutive 20-win seasons. 2012- 13 (Junior): The Pac-12 Conference’s Defensive Player of The Year and a First- Team All-Conference pick. Became the first CU player in 22 years to average a double-double (10.9 points, 11.2 rebounds) in consecutive years. Finished second nationally in rebounding. Posted two 20-rebound games. His average of 2.2 steals per game ranked 30th in NCAA D-1 and second in the Pac-12. His 1.3 blocks per game average ranked eighth in the conference. Selected to the John R. Wooden and the Naismith Player of the Year preseason Top-50 Watch lists. 2011- 12 (Sophomore): All-Pac-12 First Team, All-Defensive Team and All-Tournament Team. Averaged a double-double on the year (11.6 points, 11.1 rebounds). Set the CU single-season rebounding record (401). Ranked third nationally and first in the Pac-12 in rebounds per game (11.1). Led the Pac-12 in blocks (1.9 bpg). Finished tied for fifth in NCAA D-1 in double-doubles (20). 2010-11 (Freshman): Set the CU freshman record for rebounds (297) and blocks (42). Only the fourth freshman in Big 12 history to lead his team in rebounds, steals (51) and blocks (42). Tied for second in the league in rebounding despite not starting a single game.

PERSONAL LIFE

Full name is Andre Lee Roberson. Son of John and Lisa Roberson. Siblings are Arielle, Ashlee, Amber, Anthony, Aaliyah and Arianna. Father played basketball collegiately at New Mexico State (1985- 89) and professionally overseas for 12 years. Mother played volleyball at New Mexico State (1985-89). Majored in Communication at Colorado. His favorite sports team outside of basketball is the Dallas Cowboys. Enjoys watching “Castle Rock.” Lists Kid Cudi as his favorite music artist and Will Smith as his favorite actor and celebrity look-alike. If he wasn’t playing basketball, he would either be a doctor or a lawyer.
