Keljin DeShawn Blevins was born in 1995 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is the son of James Blevins and Mary Burgess. Blevins is also the cousin of the NBA All-Star guard Damian Lillard. Blevins initially played his high school ball at Lakeside High School in Hot Springs. For his senior season he transferred to Bishop O'Connell High School in Arlington, Virginia. From 2014-16, Blevins attended the University of Southern Mississippi, but then transferred to Montana State. During his redshirt senior year at Montana State, Blevins averaged 11.8 points per game. When he appeared in a game for the Trail Blazers on December 23, 2020, it was the first time a former Montana State player had played in an NBA game. Fans can follow the wing on Twitter @KBlevs02.
