Franklin Willis Jackson was born in Washington, D.C. in 1998. He is the son of Al and Juleen Jackson. His father is a former Utah state senator. Frank has a brother and three sisters. Jackson started his high school days at Lehi High School in Lehi, Utah. Before his sophomore season, he transferred to Lone Peak High School in Highland, Utah. As a senior at Lone Peak, Jackson averaged 28.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists. After that season, he was named Utah Mr. Basketball and the Salt Lake Tribune Player of the Year.
