Started in each of his 74 appearances after logging just 12 starts last season, all in the second half. During the month of January, led the team in three-point shooting (47.9 percent), logging the second-most makes (34) behind Paul George. In a 12-game stretch from 1/17 to 2/9, scored in double figures in 10 of 12 games, averaging 11.8 points on 2.6 three-pointers, second-most Thunder threes during that period. During this span, shot 50.0 percent from the field and 43.3 percent from long range. On 1/8 vs. Minnesota, went 5-for-8 from the field and a perfect 4-for-4 from long range to tally 14 points and four rebounds, making him the eighth player in Thunder history to go 4-of-4 or better from three-point range (Butler, Durant, Fisher, Ibaka, Martin, Telfair, Westbrook). From 1/8 to 2/1, he went 32-for-62 (51.6 percent) from long range, good for best in the NBA in that time frame (min. 50 attempts). On 4/9 vs. Houston, went 6-for- 10 from the field and 3-for-6 from beyond the arc to tally 16 points and three rebounds. On 4/7 at Minnesota, went 4-of-5 from the floor and 2-of-3 from three to log 11 points, four rebounds and two assists. On 4/2 vs. L.A. Lakers, registered 15 points, two rebounds and a steal, going 5-of-9 from the field and 3-of-7 from three. On 3/25 at Memphis, logged a perfect shooting night, going 4-for-4 from the field, 3-for-3 from three-point range and 2-for-2 from the charity stripe to tally 13 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals. On 2/9 at Houston, produced 15 points, four rebounds and three assists, on 6-of-9 shooting from the field and 3-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc. On 1/22 vs. Portland, went 6-for-8 en route to 14 points, two rebounds and four steals. On 1/17 vs. L.A. Lakers, went 6-for-12 from long range to score 21 points. On 1/10 at San Antonio, went a then career-best 7-for-10 from three-point range to finish with 21 points. On 12/19 at Sacramento, logged 14 points and three rebounds. On 11/8 vs. Houston, went 5-of-10 from the field and 4-of-9 from beyond the arc to finish with 14 points and four rebounds. Led the team in assists once. Scored in double figures 21 times and logged two games with 20 points or more. Missed two games for personal reasons. Missed four games with a left ankle sprain. One game DNP – Coach’s Decision.


Played one season with the Adelaide 36ers of Australia’s National Basketball League. 2016-17: Played in 30 games and averaged 4.6 points and 1.2 rebounds in 15.2 minutes per game. Scored in double figures four times, including a season-high 13 points twice.


Favorite sports teams outside of basketball are Oklahoma State athletics and the Dallas Cowboys. Lists “Coach Carter” as his favorite movie and “Friends” as his favorite TV show. Favorite music artist is Drake and favorite actor is Will Smith. If he wasn’t playing basketball he would be a trainer or run track. The best moment of his career was his first career start against the Lakers his rookie season.
