General Questions

Q: I have a ticket to a game that has been postponed. Can I get a refund?

A: All tickets purchased for a postponed game will be honored when the game is rescheduled.

Q: What if games are not rescheduled or are played in an empty arena?

A: Fans will have the option to receive a credit to an alternate game, a game next season, or receive a refund (this does not pertain to complimentary tickets).

Q: I bought tickets for a group event and will not be able to use them, even if the game is rescheduled (my business suspended outings, this was a school group, I'm no longer in the state, etc). Can I get a refund?

A: Contact your ticket executive directly or dial 313-PISTONS to speak to a representative. If you'd like to leave a voicemail, we'll return your call as soon as possible.

Q: I resold tickets for a postponed game using My Pistons Account - what does this mean for rescheduled games?

A: If the game you sold is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date for your buyer to utilize. If the game you sold is not rescheduled, tickets you sold will be transferred back to you and your money earned will be refunded. You will then have the option to receive a credit toward the 2020-21 season or receive a refund. Your buyer will receive a refund.

Q: I bought verified tickets using Ticketmaster - what does that mean for rescheduled games?

A: If the game you bought is rescheduled, your tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. If the game you bought is not rescheduled, you will receive a refund.

Q: I bought tickets using a third-party vendor not affiliated with The Pistons (StubHub, etc). What does that mean for rescheduled games?

A: Please contact that third-party vendor for your options.

Q: I returned some of my games and received an experience credit to be used for future games - will I still be able to do this?

A: If games are rescheduled, you may use your experience credits for the rescheduled game dates. Experience credits will expire at the conclusion of the final rescheduled game. If games are not rescheduled, updates regarding use of your experience credits will be emailed to you.

Pistons Season Ticket Members

Q: I have a membership that includes tickets to games that have been postponed. Can I get a refund?

A: All tickets purchased for postponed games will be honored when the game is rescheduled.

Q: I have a current Pistons membership. What if games are not rescheduled or are played in an empty arena?

A: Members will have the option to receive a credit toward the 2020-21 season or receive a refund.

Q: I secured a membership for the 2020-21 season, will my payment plan still run on April 1?

A: At this time, your payment plan will run as scheduled. Any updates will be emailed to you.

Q: I secured a membership for the 2020-21 season, can I cancel my membership at this time?

A: Memberships cannot be refunded or cancelled. Read more at pistons.com/terms

Pistons Rewards

Q: Can I still redeem a prize through the Pistons One Rewards site?

A: Yes! Pistons One Rewards is still active and you can redeem prizes. Prizes will be added through June 30, 2020. Additional updates will be emailed to you.

Q: I redeemed an item using my Pistons One Rewards points. Will I still receive that?

A: If you selected to pick up your item on game day, you can still pick it up at LCA when your game is rescheduled. If games are not rescheduled, it will be mailed to you when normal business hours resume.

Q: I redeemed extra tickets or VIP warm-up passes for a game, will I get those points back?

A: Extra game tickets and VIP passes will be honored on rescheduled game dates. If games are not rescheduled, points will be added back to your account.

Q: I made a reservation through MotorCity Casino Hotel. How can I check the status of it?

A: Please reach out directly to MotorCity Casino Hotel for any updates at (866) 782-9622 or https://booking.motorcitycasino.com/#/rm to check the status of your reservation.
