Pistons Rewards General Questions
Q: What is the Pistons Rewards program?
A: The Pistons Rewards program puts you in the driver’s seat to customize your member benefits throughout the season. Earn points all season long and redeem those points for once-in-lifetime experiences, Pistons merchandise and more! To be eligible, you must be recognized as the primary account owner on a 2020-21 Pistons full or half season plan by December 31, 2020.

Q: Who is eligible for the Pistons Rewards program?
A: Pistons Members (full season and half season plans), Pistons Club, Pistons Courtside, and Pistons Suite Owners are eligible to participate in the Pistons Rewards program. Single game purchasers, mini game plan buyers and full and half season plan buyers with out of state addresses and/or those who are deemed ineligible by the Detroit Pistons may not participate in the program.
Q: What is my Pistons Digital Rewards card?
A: You will be able to access your digital rewards card through the Pistons Rewards App by tapping the view card icon under your point total in the top banner of the app.
Q: Where can Pistons digital rewards cards be used?
A: To earn rewards points, purchases can be made at eligible home games, concessions stands, merchandise stands, online at Pistons313shop.com or at specific Partner locations.
Q: I am locked out of my account, what happened?
A: You may have entered an incorrect username or password. These are case sensitive so try again!
If you forgot your log in information, contact your Membership Executive or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure your payment plan information is current. If your account is not paid in full, you may not have login privileges.
If you have recently cancelled your membership you will no longer have login privileges.
Pistons Rewards Prizes
Q: How often will rewards prizes change?
A: Rewards prizes are updated throughout the season. Be sure to log in frequently so you don’t miss out. Watch for new prizes highlighted in Pistons Rewards emails!
Q: Can I return or exchange prizes?
A: Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable. All prizes are subject to availability and may be non-transferable. Some prizes allow for multiple redemptions while others are single redemption only. Experiences will occur during the NBA season or summer off-season.
Q: I redeemed a prize, now what?
A: Each prize description contains specific information regarding delivery (pickup at games or during business hours, mail, or email). If you have any questions regarding delivery, email email@example.com.
Q: I redeemed for extra game tickets but cannot use them, help!
A: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate a game swap, although this is not guaranteed. Selling Rewards issued tickets is prohibited and we have the right to remove tickets from accounts without refunding points if tickets are posted on any secondary site.
Pistons Rewards Points
Q: How do I earn points?
A: When you download The Pistons Rewards App, you will automatically have points pre-loaded. You can earn more points throughout the season. Points are not transferable to other Reward members’ accounts.
- Pre-loaded points: Based on spend per year and tenure.
- Earned points: Points that accrue throughout the season as you engage with The Pistons App.
Q: How long will my points last?
A: Your points are valid through June 30, 2021. Members will receive Pistons Rewards points for the 2020-21 NBA season based on membership status as of Opening Night 2020.
Q: What other ways can I earn points?
A: There are many ways to earn points listed below:
- Fill out your user profile and participate in surveys and trivia questions
- Sign up for the Pistons Insider Newsletter
- Check in using the Pistons Rewards App
- Visit Partner locations
Q: How long will it take for points to transfer into my account?
A: Please allow five to seven business days for points to be loaded to your account. Ticket packages bought after December 31, 2020 are not eligible for participation in the Rewards program.
Q: I am a Pistons Member with multiple season plans and/or seat locations in the arena bowl. How are my points calculated?
A: Members with multiple season plans and/or seat locations will receive the combined value of points for overall spend, up to 100,000 points. Points for base membership and tenure are only recognized once.
Q: How many points do I receive for my account tenure?
A: Members receive 1,000 tenure points per year of consecutive membership as a Pistons account owner.
Q: Do I earn points based on how much my seats cost?
A: Yes, members receive 1.25 points for every dollar spent on your season seats. These points are pre-loaded onto your account.
Q: I love having the latest Pistons gear, do I earn points for buying merchandise?
A: Yes! If you purchase merchandise at LCA, you will earn 1 point per dollar spent. If you purchase merchandise on Pistons313shop.com you will earn 2.5 points per dollar spent.
Q: How many points can I earn for setting up my Pistons Rewards account?
A: Upon downloading the Pistons Rewards App, you will earn 1000 bonus points.
Pistons Rewards Partner Offers
Q: What are partner offers?
A: As an added benefit to our season ticket members, you can now take advantage of offers and discounts outside of the arena through the Pistons One business network. Simply look at the P1A heading on the site and learn about various ways you can utilize this program.
Q: How do I take advantage of partner offers?
A: To take advantage of the offers and discounts read the description carefully! Some offers are available online, while others can be utilized in person by showing your digital Pistons Rewards card. Businesses may not honor the offer or discount without providing a unique code or coupon, or without verification of your digital Pistons Reward card.
Q: When do the partner offers expire?
A: Most offers will expire June 30th, 2021, however, offers are unique and may vary. Be sure to carefully read offer descriptions before redemption.
