Q. What games are included with each monthly pass?
A. Each month's payment gives you access to the included games that month. (See calendar above.) There are five monthly payments running October through March.
Q. Does my pass automatically renew each month?
A. Yes, your pass will automatically renew for the next month through March 2020. There is an opt out window each month if you do not want your pass to renew.
Q. How do I opt out of the next month if I don't want to continue my Motor City Pass?
A. You must opt out by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Motor City Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for March, you need to opt out by February 25 via the online form. The opt out form is available here.
Q. What games are excluded form the Motor City Pass?

Q. How do I get tickets to games not included in the Motor City Pass?
A. Pass holders have the ability to add on tickets for home games that are not part of the Motor City Pass at a discounted rate. Information on how to purchase these tickets will be sent to pass buyers.
PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q. Where can I expect to sit each game?
A. Your are guaranteed a gondola seat in the upper level, but your specific seat location will likely vary game to game. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
Q. How do I get my seat location(s)?
A. You will need to register your pass first. Registration instructions will be sent to the purchaser's email address prior to your first game. Once registered, you will receive a text message four hours before each game with your seat assignment(s). You will need to accept your seats on your mobile device to indicate you are going to the game. For each game, you must accept your seats 90 minutes prior to tip-off to guarantee your seats.
Q. What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A. Simply access the Detroit Pistons mobile app, log in to your profile, and tap on the pass button. You can also navigate to MotorCityPass.com from your mobile device, log in, and then tap on the pass tab. If you have any problems, please navigate to expapp.com/contact.
ENTERING LITTLE CAESARS ARENA
Q. How do I get into Little Caesars Arena with my pass?
A. You will receive a text message with a link to access your pass via the Detroit Pistons mobile app the day of each game. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission in the Little Caesars Arena. You can also navigate to MotorCityPass.com from your mobile device, log in, and then tap on the pass tab to access your barcode.
Q. How does my guest scan in?
A. All barcodes will be on one device inside the Detroit Pistons mobile app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Little Caesars Arena together.
PURCHASING THE MOTOR CITY PASS
Q. If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be next to each other?
A. Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.
Q. How many passes can I buy?
A. You can buy up to four passes per account.
Q. Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Motor City Pass?
A. Yes, those who purchase the Motor City Pass will have the opportunity to link their pass to another pass buyer in order to sit next to each other. The linking of passes is done on a game-by-game basis. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to pass buyers.
Q. If I buy a pair of passes, how can my guest get his/her pass?
A. All passes will be delivered to the phone that registers the pass. If you purchase two passes, for example, admissions and seat assignments for both passes will be delivered to your phone. You and your guest will need to arrive at Little Caesars Arena together.
Q. Do I get a discount if I buy more than one set of passes?
A. No. There are no discounts offered for the purchase of multiple passes.
Q. Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A. Yes, different people can attend each game, but the primary account holder must be present because the pass is only accessible through the mobile device of the primary account holder.
Q. When can I access my Motor City Pass?
A. You will receive an email instructing you to register your pass no later than 24 hours before the first game.
Q. Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
A. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Q. Which phones are supported?
A. The pass is supported by iPhone and Android devices. The Detroit Pistons mobile app must also be donwloaded for use of the pass. If you have any problems, navigate to expapp.com/contact
Q. Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A. The Motor City Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the Detroit Pistons mobile app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Little Caesars Arena and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q. Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A. Not at this time. The Detroit Pistons mobile app must be used on an iPhone or Android phone. Otherwise, you will be unable to enter Little Caesars Arena.
Q. Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A. No, passes are non-transferrable.
Q. Can I share my pass with someone else?
A. Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Little Caesars Arena and seat assignments will be managed through the Detroit Pistons mobile app on your mobile device.
