ADA Accessibility
The Oklahoma City Ford Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. All levels have elevator access and ADA seating. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Relations on a first-come, first-served basis providing assistance to and from your seats.

Alcoholic Beverages
Oklahoma Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Proper identification must be shown to purchase any alcoholic beverage. Cocktails are allowed only in bar areas, clubs and suites.

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted in the Oklahoma City Ford Center, provided that they are basketball-related and in good taste, as determined by the Hornets. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the arena or in any way that obstructs other guests from viewing the game or arena advertising. Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs will be subject to confiscation and potential eviction from the arena.

Bee-Mail
Log on to www.hornets.com to subscribe to Bee-mail, the Hornets official electronic newsletter. Bee-Mail will arrive in your e-mail box once a week, as well as whenever there is breaking news to report. All the latest news and notes on your favorite NBA team will be delivered to your desktop.

Birthday Parties
What better way to celebrate a birthday than with a Hornets game? Birthday party packages are available at Hornets games for just $30 per child with a minimum of 10 guests. A Birthday Party package includes a pre-game party area overlooking the court and reserved seats for the game. There is also a special visit from Hugo the Hornet for the Birthday boy or girl. Bottles and Cans
Cans, bottles, coolers, or containers of any kind are not permitted in the Oklahoma City Ford Center. In the event that these prohibited items are revealed during a search, patrons will be permitted to return the items to their vehicle or dispose of them. The Oklahoma City Ford Center does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

Box Office Hours
The Box Office is located just off West Reno between the two main entrances on the north side of the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Open Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday hours will vary according to the event schedule. Please check www.okfordcenter.com for more information.

Radio: 1000 AM, KTOK the Hornets flagship station
TV: Cox 7 in Oklahoma City and Cox Sports Channel in New Orleans holds the exclusive local cable and telecast rights for the Hornets.

Cameras/Recording Devices
Single frame photography is permitted at all times in the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Lighting in the arena is bright enough that flash photography is not necessary or permitted within the bowl of the arena. Camera support pods and video cameras are not permitted in the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Please make sure to be courteous of those around you when taking pictures.

Children’s Admission
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for admission. However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.

Club Level
In addition to the spectacular sightlines and comfortable seats, Club Seat holders receive access to first class services and amenities, including private entrances and exclusive bar and dining areas. Club Seat holders and suite owners can enjoy two distinctive clubs: the Sunset Bistro and the Victory Bar and Buffet. Proper tickets must be presented for access to this level and its amenities. Code of Conduct
The National Basketball Association, New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets and the Oklahoma City Ford Center are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. We therefore ask you to refrain from any disruptive behavior, such as fighting, throwing objects, attempting to enter the court or interrupt play, or using improper language or gestures. Spectators engaging in such behavior are subject to ejection and arrest. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security or guest services staff member. Thank you and enjoy the game.

The Oklahoma City Ford Center offers a wide variety of food and beverage choices. Concession favorites such as popcorn, hotdogs and pretzels are offered along with exciting new grill options, pizza and authentic ‘Philly’ cheese steaks, delectable desserts and a range of specialty vendors.

All doors open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

Directions To The Arena
From I-40 East:
Exit at Harvey Ave.
Turn right and proceed north on Harvey Ave.
Turn right and proceed east on Reno Ave.
Oklahoma City Ford Center is located at Reno and Robinson.

From I-40 West:
Exit at Robinson Ave.
Turn right at the bottom of the off ramp.
Proceed north on Robinson Ave.

From I-235 (Broadway Extension):
Exit at NW 6th St. (6th St. is one-way east)
Turn left at Broadway.
Proceed south on Broadway.
Stay in the left lane and veer to E.K. Gaylord Ave.
Oklahoma City Ford Center is west of E.K. Gaylord and Reno.

From the I-35:
Exit to I-40 West and follow directions above.

From Will Rogers World Airport: Follow Terminal Drive, which turns into S. Meridian.
Exit at the I-44/Downtown ramp.
Merge on to I-40 east and follow directions above.

Elevators
Elevators are located throughout the Oklahoma City Ford Center. The elevators near Section 101, just inside the northwest entrance to the Oklahoma City Ford Center, provide access to the arena floor.

Entrances
Two public entrances to the Ford Center are located on the north side of the facility, off of Reno Avenue; one on the west end and one on the east end.

Emergency Exits
In the event of an emergency, please remain clam and WALK to the nearest exits, located at several points throughout the building. Please refer to the arena map for exact locations.

Escalators
The Oklahoma City Ford Center has a total of six (6) escalators to the Club Level.

Eviction Policy
The following behaviors or activities will result in eviction from the Oklahoma City Ford Center:
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the arena
  • Unacceptable dress
  • Public drunkenness
  • Entering or attempting to enter any off-limit area, such as the playing surface, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex
  • Participating in a fight or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
  • Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or building employees
  • Throwing objects of any type at other patrons, employees or guests of the Oklahoma City Ford Center arena
  • Possession of stolen tickets
  • Possession of any unauthorized banner or sign

    First Aid
    First aid facilities are available across from Section 112. Professionally trained emergency personnel are available during all events to assist guests with any medical needs.     Group Tickets
    Call the Hornets before organizing your next group outing with your office, school, team, club or group of friends. Our Group Sales department will be happy to help you plan your event by providing ticket discounts, special seating arrangements, promotional materials, and personalized services at one of our games.     Guest Drop-off/Pick-up
    Passengers may be dropped off at Reno and Robinson near the northwest entrance to the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Limousines and buses are allowed to drop off and pick up guests in this area, however there is no parking in this area.

    Guest Relations
    Guest Relations desks, located on each level of the Oklahoma City Ford Center, provide guests a convenient location to obtain information, voice concerns and request assistant during the game.

    Honeybees
    Since 2002, the New Orleans Dance Team- The Honeybees- have been providing energized performances at all Hornets home games. The 21-member team will add spirit and energy to any event. For appearance information, call (405) 208-4647.

    Honeybee Tryouts
    Auditions for the 2006-07 season will be held in July, and all information will be on the Hornets website. All dancers, ages 18 and over, are encouraged to tryout. Team members must be available to perform at all home games. Please contact the Honeybee Manager/Choreographer at (405) 208-4647 for more information.

    Lost & Found
    During the game, you may inquire about lost and found items at any of the Guest Relations locations. For inquiries following an event, please call (405) 602-8700 during normal business hours.

    Lost or Stolen Tickets
    Lost or stolen tickets purchased through the Hornets will be replaced with the proper documentation. Lost tickets may be replaced by written request by the person who originally purchased the tickets. Ticket holders must include exact seat location and account number when requesting replacement of a lost ticket. Stolen tickets that have been purchased through the Hornets will be replaced upon submission of a police report detailing the theft.

    Mascot
    Hugo the Hornet, the New Orleans Mascot, is our number one fan and cheerleader! Hugo, a purple and teal Hornet, was born November 4, 1988 and nests at the Oklahoma City Ford Center arena. Once on the My Hornets Account page, enter your email or account ID and pin code (located on all invoices).     The following garages offer convenient parking options:
  • Cox Convention Center, located on the southwest corner of E.K. Gaylord and Sheridan
  • Santa Fe Plaza, located on the southwest corner of Robert S. Kerr and E.K. Gaylord
  • The Galleria, located on the northeast corner of Hudson and Sheridan
  • Sheridan and Walker, northwest corner

    There are also a number of private and public lots available throughout downtown. For your convenience, signs will be posted on I-40 and around town to direct you towards parking.     Restrooms
    The Oklahoma City Ford Center offers a total of 48 restrooms including 12 family restrooms. All restrooms include diaper-changing stations and are accessible to persons with disabilities.

    Our friendly and knowledgeable Fan Experience Representatives are available to assist our Season Ticket Holders with any questions, comments or concerns. Hours of operations are from door opening until the end of the third quarter.

    Scoreboard Messages
    Guests can purchase a personal message to appear on the Buzz Vision screen. Each message can be up to 40 characters (including spaces and punctuation). For more information or to place your request, call Hornets Fan Experience at (405) 208-4720. Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance of the date of the announcement display.

    Season Tickets

    Shuttle Service-Oklahoma Spirit Trolly
    The Oklahoma Spirit Trolly stops at the Oklahoma City Ford Center approximately every 10-15 minutes, including evenings and weekends, and offers transportation to off-site parking and numerous other destinations in Downtown and Bricktown. The basic fare is only $0.25.

    Smoking
    Smoking is prohibited inside the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Designated smoking areas are provided inside near Sections 118 and 225, as well as outside near Section 113.

    Ticket scalping is strictly prohibited on Oklahoma Ford Center property.

    Will Call
    Guests may pick up tickets at Will Call located in the main box office lobby of the Oklahoma City Ford Center. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. Will Call opens at 10 a.m. on Hornets game days.
