Frequently Asked Questions

I want to make sure I am cheering on the team as much as possible! How soon can I start cheering?

We ask that all Pacers Virtual Fans sign into Microsoft Teams with their login at least 30 minutes before tip-off. Fans will not be required to stay in front of their computer camera the entire pre-game; however, it will allow us time to troubleshoot any issues you may encounter. We also ask that fans stay for the duration of the game.

I just bought a Victor Oladipo City Edition Jersey. Should I wear it for the game?

Yes! We encourage all fans to wear their Pacers gear. Ideally, this will be a blue or gold jersey or shirt. Pacers hats are also welcome. Obviously, we won’t let fans wear jerseys for other teams. We do ask that fans do not wear any items that are distracting to the viewing experience.

My entire house is filled with Pacers fans! Can we all participate?

Unfortunately, only individuals with a signed waiver can broadcast themselves during the game. We will allow fans to switch spots as long as each fan signs up in advance.

What happens if I need to step away from my computer?

Fans are encouraged to act like they would during a normal game. Just like a game in-person, some fans need to visit the concession stand or restrooms during game action. We simply ask that fans do not disappear for long periods of time during the game.
