Through the app, you can find and redeem an experience in just four simple steps:
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Open the Pacers Mobile app on your iPhone or Android device and select Arena.
Step 2: Select Upgrade Your Game Night to view various experiences and upgrades available. Upgrade your game night can be accessed at the top of your screen by scrolling left.
Step 3: See available upgrade locations and experiences for upcoming games.
Step 4: Select your desired upgrade and purchase with your credit card.
Step 5: Show your mobile upgrade to the usher in your new section or follow the instructions in your purchase confirmation to redeem your experience.

How do I upgrade my tickets?
The Pacers Mobile App allows you to upgrade your tickets on the day of the game. First, download the Pacers Mobile App, register and sign up for text notifications. You will then receive a message when upgrades become available. Browse available inventory, make your purchase and enjoy your new seats! How do I register for Pacers Experiences and Ticket Upgrades?
We recommend using your iPhone or Android for accessing the Pacers Experiences and Ticket Upgrades.
- Visit our Pacers mobile app page for more information and download it on your smartphone today!
- You may also register at pacers.expapp.com from either your desktop or mobile device. If you choose to register via your desktop, you are still required to use a mobile device to participate in the program. After registering online, it is recommended that you download the Pacers Mobile App and opt in for notifications, if you have not already done so.
Season Ticket Holders: You must register using the email address associated with your Pacers account.
This will allow you to access your Pacers Credits throughout the year and receive text messages when experiences become available. Season Ticket Holders that renewed by the April 6 deadline are eligible for Pacers Credits to be used during the current 2016-17 Pacers season.

What happens after I register?
After registering, you will receive a text message with a web link to view the list of experiences as soon as they become available. Experiences are typically available the day before each home game and ticket upgrades will be available on each game day. Experiences and ticket upgrades are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, while inventory lasts.

Throughout the season there will be many unique and exciting experiences that will help upgrade your game night. Please note that not all experiences will be available at every game and some are exclusive to Pacers Season Ticket Holders only. Please pay close attention to your text notifications for availability.

When will Pacers Experiences be made available?
Experiences will be added throughout the year, so visit the app frequently and pay close attention to your text notifications announcing available experiences! Text alerts will be sent 24 hours prior to tipoff or during the week leading up to a home game. All experiences are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis.
I purchased a Pacers Experience. Now what?
Once you have purchased an experience, you will receive a digital confirmation within the app confirming your selection as well as a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to take advantage of your experience. In some instances, the Pacers Experience Team may contact you with additional instructions.
I purchased a Pacers Experience, but my phone battery is losing battery.
That is okay! Visit one of the free mobile charging stations located on the Main Concourse (outside sections 19-20), Krieg DeVault Club Level (outside of suite 29) or Balcony (outside of section 207-208).
