Summary

Orlando Vincent Johnson was born March 11, 1989 in Monterey, Calif....The son of the late Vicki Renée Johnson...Raised by his brothers Jamell Damon, Sr. and Robert Johnson, and his sister-in-law Shannan Damon...Orlando Johnson completed his career at UCSB's all-time leading scorer with 1,825 points...Accomplshed the feat in just three seasons...Became the only player in school history to score 500 or more points three times...Ranks in the single season scoring top-10 three times...Holds all three of the major scoring records at UCSB with 1,825 career points, 674 points in 2010-11 and 39 points in a game against UC Davis...His 182 three-point baskets are sixth all-time...Is one of just two players in Gaucho history to earn First Team All-Big West honors three straight years...Is one of just two players in school history to be named to the Big West All-Tournament Team three times...The only player UCSB history to be named All-District three times...Named to the Lou Henson Mid-Major All-American Team all three of his seasons.

2011-2012

As a senior, he led the team in scoring (19.7 ppg), assists (2.9 apg) and steals (34)...Also averaged 5.8 rebounds per game...With 611 points on the season, Johnson became the first player in school history to score more than 500 points three straight years...Scored in double-figures 30 times in 31 games...Had double doubles against UNLV (36 points, 10 rebounds), Washington (24 points, 10 rebounds), Portland (26 points, 12 rebounds), UC Irvine (25 points, 10 rebounds) and Westmont (20 points, 10 rebounds)...Johnson had a season-high 36 points, along with 10 rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocked shots in a double overtime loss to UNLV...Scored 25 or more points six times and 20 or more 19 times...Also led the Gauchos with 70 three-point baskets and made three or more 14 times, including six times in the last seven games of the season...Passed off for a season-high seven assists at Cal State Fullerton and had four or more 12 times.
