Adam Silver Visits Indiana for First Time as Commissioner

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was in Indianapolis on Monday for his first visit to Bankers Life Fieldhouse since assuming his new office last February. Silver was in town to attend the Pacers-Raptors game.

Earlier in the day, the Commissioner spoke at The Rotary Club of Indianapolis and then met with the employees of Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Silver then had an informal availability session with the local media that lasted roughly ten minutes.

During his time with the media, Commissioner Silver answered a wide variety of questions ranging from the state of the Pacers franchise to figuring out ways to reduce the number of back-to-backs in NBA schedules to his vision for the NBA Development League.
