The first celebrity volunteering to wear Glass courtside during the game was Pro Bowl Defensive End Robert Mathis of the Indianapolis Colts. Here is Mathis testing out live streaming of his point of view through Glass directly to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse scoreboard.

The Pacers have improved their Google Glass cam now including more computing capabilities for broadcasting, like texting to the wearer when they’re about to go live or where they should aim to capture a needed point of view of the action, and the ability to enhance their video quality on the fly as they live stream out to the crowd.

Sooner than later, fans will have the ability to wear Glass to zoom into the action, simply by looking around the arena and picking up various views being displayed from Bankers Life Fieldhouse cameras and other authorized Glass wearers throughout the arena.
