              thumbnail-image: Year: 1978 Pick Number: 3rd Draft Pick: Rick Robey, Center (Kentucky) Rick Robey played in just 43 games for the Pacers during his rookie season, averaging 8.6 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 19.7 minutes per game. Robey was traded to the Boston Celtics for Billy Knight in January 1979.

Bradley still holds the record for most steals in a game (nine) in the Pacers’ NBA history, and each of his two seasons rank in the top five of the Pacers’ NBA history in total steals. Bradley was traded to the Phoenix Suns in June 1981 for second round picks in 1981 (Al Leslie) and 1982 (Jose Slaughter).

Williams still holds the record for most rebounds in a game (29) in the Pacers’ NBA history, and ranks in the top five in minutes played, rebounds, and blocked shots. Williams was traded to the Dallas Mavericks for Detlef Schrempf and a second round pick in 1990 (Antonio Davis).

He was named to the 1982-83 All-Rookie Team. Over five seasons, including two partial seasons in which he totaled 23 games, he averaged 18.9 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.5 steals in 32.7 minutes per game. Kellogg still ranks in the top five in the Pacers’ NBA history for career scoring and rebounding averages, and in the top five for single-season totals including field goals, total rebounds, and rebounding average.

Stipanovich was named to the 1983-84 All-Rookie Team.

Tisdale still ranks in the top five in field goal percentage (.512) in the Pacers’ NBA history. Tisdale was traded along with a future second round pick to the Sacramento Kings midway through the 1989 season for LaSalle Thompson and Randy Wittman.

Following his rookie season, he was named to the 1986-87 All-Rookie Team and selected as the Rookie of the Year. In the Pacers’ NBA history, Person ranks in the top five in field goals, 3-pointers, and scoring average. He also ranks in the top five in single-season field goals. Person was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in September 1992 along with Michael Williams in exchange for Sam Mitchell and Pooh Richardson.

The five-time All-Star was named to three All-NBA teams (1994-95, ’95-96, and ’97-98), and is second in NBA history in career 3-pointers. Miller holds the record for most points scored in a game in the Pacers’ NBA history with 57 against the Charlotte Hornets on Nov. 28, 1992. He is the all-time leader in the Pacers’ NBA history in a slew of categories, including seasons played, games played, minutes, fields goals, 3-pointers, free throws, assists, steals, and points, and ranks in the top five in free throw percentage. In terms of single-season records in the Pacers’ NBA history, he ranks in the top five in minutes, field goals, 3-pointers, free throws, free throw percentage, points, and scoring average.

Smits was named to the 1988-89 All-Rookie Team, and was selected as an All-Star in 1998. Smits is the all-time leader in the Pacers’ NBA history in defensive rebounds, and ranks in the top five in seasons played, games played, minutes, field goals, free throws, offensive rebounds, total rebounds, blocked shots, and points.

McCloud spent the 1993-94 season playing overseas in Italy, before returning to have a fairly successful NBA career as a 3-point specialist for four other teams.

He was selected as an All-Star in 2000. For single-season records, he ranks in the top five in the Pacers’ NBA history for field goal percentage, offensive rebounds, and rebound average. Davis was traded to the Portland Trailblazers in August 2000 for Jermaine O’Neal and Joe Kleine, and returned to the Pacers in March 2005 as a free agent.

Croshere ranks fifth in the Pacers’ NBA history in free throw percentage. Croshere was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in July 2006 for Marquis Daniels.

Harrington’s partial 2006-07 season with the Pacers ranks second in the franchise’s NBA history in 3-point percentage. Harrington was traded to the Atlanta Hawks in July 2004 for Stephen Jackson. The Hawks traded him back to the Pacers in August 2006 along with John Edwards in exchange for a 2007 first round pick, and he was traded to the Golden State Warriors in January 2007, along with Stephen Jackson, Sarunas Jasikevicius, and Josh Powell, for Ike Diogu, Mike Dunleavy, Keith McLeod, and Troy Murphy.

Foster would go on to play his entire 13-year career with the Pacers, averaging 4.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 0.7 steals in 20.6 minutes per game. Foster ranks in the top five in the Pacers’ NBA history in seasons played, games played, offensive rebounds, and total rebounds.

Brezec was drafted by the Charlotte Bobcats in the NBA's expansion draft in June 2004.

His 2008-09 season ranks in the top five in the Pacers’ NBA history for 3-pointers and scoring average. Granger was traded along with a 2015 second round pick to the Philadelphia 76ers in February 2014 for Lavoy Allen and Evan Turner.

Williams was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in October 2008 for Eddie Jones and second round picks in 2009 (A.J. Price) and 2010 (Ryan Reid).

After spending his first three seasons with the Spurs backing up Tony Parker, George Hill has been a mainstay in Pacers’ backcourt ever since. Over five seasons in Indiana, Hill has averaged 12.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and a steal in 31.7 minutes per game. He currently ranks fourth in the Pacers’ NBA history in 3-pointers.
