Denver Nuggets Dancers & Rocky support Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign

You’ve probably heard the bells ringing and seen the familiar Salvation Army red kettles when the holiday season rolls around.

Now, you will see a couple more familiar sights.

The Denver Nuggets Dancers and SuperMascot Rocky will be joining in at a King Soopers on Wednesday, Dec. 21, from 4-5 pm to support the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. This store is located at: 4600 Leetsdale Dr. Glendale, CO, 80246.

They will help spread holiday cheer and ring bells for donations, as well as take photos with customers and Nuggets fans. If you would like to help out those in need, meet the DND, and Rocky, please stop by!

There will also be a friendly competition with the Avalanche Ice Girls, who will be at a different King Soopers location, to see who can raise more money.

The Salvation Army started Red Kettle collections in 1891 and today assists more than 4.5 million people during the Thanksgiving and Christmas time periods.
