The Denver Nuggets will conduct a solo pre-draft workout with Timothe Luwawu on Thursday, June 16. This will be the 11th workout at Pepsi Center for pre-draft hopefuls.
Luwawu, a 6’6” forward from France, averaged 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.7 steals in 31.1 minutes for Mega Leks of the Serbian League. Luwawu has also played at the 2014 and 2015 U20 European Championships. In 2015, he averaged 11.6 points and 4.9 rebounds in the tournament and helped the French team reach the semifinals. As a result, he earned All-Tournament Honorable Mention Eurobasket.com
The Nuggets currently hold five selections in the 2016 NBA Draft, including the seventh, 15th and 19th overall picks.
