Nuggets Academy skills clinics are CO-ED limited capacity in-person clinics for 7-14-year-old players. These clinics are an exclusive opportunity for Colorado’s youth basketball players to expand on their craft with drills and activities that professionals use to remain at the top of their game. These clinics will have multiple stations dedicated to challenge and expand the groups’ basketball IQ. Each clinic will have a skills challenge that will reflect a specific skill of one of our own Denver Nuggets players. Multiple dates available!

Multiple dates available now! Nuggets Academy Skills Clinics

Session 1: May 23rd, 2021

Session 2: June 6th, 2021

Session 3: June 13th, 2021

Session 4: June 27th, 2021

Time and Location:

  • 7-10 year old sessions 11am – 12:30pm
  • 11-14 year old sessions 1:30pm – 3:00pm
  • Skills Clinics will be held at Northglenn Rec Center: 11801 Community Center Drive Northglenn, CO 80233

Registration closes:

  • Registration for each session closes the Friday before the clinic date @3pm. For example: Session 1 registration closes Friday May 21st @3pm.

Athletes receive:

  • Skills Clinic T-Shirt
  • Basketball

Terms and Conditions

The health and safety of our guests, staff and athletes is always our top priority. As we return to play, it is important we all do our part. Let’s keep each other safe and healthy.


Nuggets Academy in accordance with Adams county guidelines and state guidelines will limit these clinics to forty (40) maximum participants per age group. Each basket serves as its own activity station. Each activity station will have ten (10) maximum athletes to one activity coach. Athletes will stay in their groups for the entirety of the clinic. There will be no spectators (parents/guardians/family/friends) for this event. All athletes will be checked in and out at the check-in location at the beginning and conclusion of the clinic. All staff and participants are required to wear masks upon entry, during play, and departing the facility. For more information on what types of masks are acceptable, please see our FAQ guide, question #7. Participants are required to bring their own water bottles and masks.

Cancellation Policy

If at any time before checking in for the clinic you wish to cancel your participation, you will receive a refund for your registration if you have previously communicated and coordinated with the Basketball Academy Staff. No refunds will be issued for no-shows without previous communication to Basketball Academy staff.

If at any time the Adams county COVID level meter goes out of yellow into orange, red, or purple. The Nuggets will postpone or cancel the event until it is deemed safe to return to play. If at any time Adams County goes into Level Blue or Level Green, these clinics will still be operated at Level Yellow guidelines.
